The building itself was also well-maintained, with wide roads and high-class residents. Things need improvement
The ex-tenant also encountered some challenges during their stay. They found the maintenance costs to be very high, with limited cooperation from fellow residents. Construction work in the area caused disruptions, and overall, the ex-tenant felt that the society did not meet their expectations in terms of maintenance and community spirit.
