The main issue in this community is the insufficient parking spaces for the total number of families residing here, posing a significant challenge for residents.

Good things here
This society has a limited population, which avoids overcrowding, making it a desirable feature. Additionally, the connectivity within the society is excellent, as the bus stop is conveniently located just in front of the society's gate, and there are 2 to 3 schools within a radius of 500 meters to 1 kilometer. The construction quality is exceptional, with no issues of leakage or seepage, and the painting is well done. Maintenance charges are very reasonable, and there is a good water supply with consistent cleanliness being well-maintained. Furthermore, there is a well-equipped children's play area, and all festivals, events, and get-togethers are celebrated with enthusiasm.
Things need improvement
The major problem lies in heavy traffic congestion on the nearby roads during both morning and evening rush hours. Additionally, these roads are in poor condition, and there is a lack of significant amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym. Furthermore, there are no additional parking options available.

This society offers a moderate number of flats and enjoys low crowding. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, malls, schools, and hospitals nearby. Maintenance, including water availability and minimal power cuts, is reliable, and amenities such as swimming pools, table tennis, and children's play areas are available. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm.
