Good things here
Fully Ventilated Flat with inverter and attractive Car and Bike parking. 1 Queen size and 1 King size bed along with office aetup. Currently we are getting rent of Rs.28000/- per month.

Things need improvement
This spacious flat is not available outside Bengaluru with facility. It is already a pre-leased property so if anybody wants to purchase for investment purpose. It is a good deal for them.
