Prices are very competitive in the area. Cleanliness is very good and well-managed, and security is excellent, ensuring safety for residents.
The construction quality is very poor because it's an old building. There are some issues with seepage in certain areas. Amenities like clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available. The swimming pool is available, but it only operates during some summers. Metro stations are available but quite far away, about 3-4 kilometers, which is not very convenient.
