Connectivity theek thi. Market society ke andar hi tha bahar jaane ki jaroorat nahi thi. Bahar wala bhi paas hi tha. Maintenance theek thi. CCTV aur lift sab installed tha. Seelan aur seepage ka koi issue nahi tha. Park the aur swings bhi the. Neighbours theek the, lekin humari aisi koi baat nahi hoti thi kyunki tab covid bhi chal raha tha.
Auto aur rickshaw thoda aage jakar milta tha. Gym nahi tha.

Taxis are easily accessible, and the roads are in good condition, though bus services are limited to morning and evening hours. Sweepers regularly collect garbage, maintaining cleanliness in the society. The maintenance charges for a 1BHK are approximately 1500 rupees. The society offers amenities like a community hall, a playground, and an Anganwadi. Additionally, there's a park and a functioning lift. Residents are friendly, and we come together to celebrate festivals.
Auto-rickshaws are not easily found near the society, and transportation options are limited. The plaster in the flats often peels off. The society lacks gym or clubhouse facilities. Although CCTV cameras are installed, some are faulty. Water supply issues arise, especially during summer when water scarcity becomes a problem.

The society is most convenient for residents with personal vehicles or those who use cabs. However, it offers amenities like a gym and other sports facilities nearby. The rent and security fees are reasonable, starting from 6-8K per month.
Society maintenance was of poor quality at Ekdm. There were frequent water supply issues, with water often running out or being dirty. Additionally, monkeys were a common sight, and the metro station was quite far, with limited bus connectivity. I moved out of the society a year ago due to these issues.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. There are local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. The construction quality of the buildings is well maintained, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house play area for kids are not available in the society. People are educate, friendly and cooperative in the society.
I don't think there are any issues in the society. I don't think any improvement is required.

CCTV, lift and other amenities were functional. There was no seepage issue. The society comes under affordable living category, so as per the rates there, everything was good only. There is a park and a community hall. Most residents are corporate employees and the general culture was good. There was a lot of diversity as well, like there were people from different countries as well. All the festivals were celebrated nicely. Houses are spaceous and well-ventilated.
Limited metro connectivity nearby due to lack of metro network in Gurgaon. Even public transport like auto, etc. were not easily available. There was also a frequent power cut issue, there was no power backup available. Amenities like gym and swimming pool were not available.

People are cooperative. Festivals are celebrated in unity. Cabs and auto are available.

Society mein sab accha hai. Connectivity mein buses chalti hain Huda city centre jaane ke liye. Maintenance acha hai society ka, saaf safai rehti hai. No seepage/leakage issues faced. Parks hain baccho ke khelne ke liye. Lifts are also there in the society.
Metro nahi hai koi society ke paas, uske liye toh M. G Road jaana padhta hai. Road damaged hain society ke aas paas. Amenities like swimming pool, gym & clubhouse are not there in the society.

Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. street dog issues are not faced.

Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. CCTV is avilable. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Security apps are used in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Parks and greeneris are well maintained in the society.
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Mainly havve to depend on cabs for transportation. Maintainance department takes some time to resolve any issues faced but it is done. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced sometimes in the society. The repair of construction issues are fully not completed. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society.
