Good things here
The society is well-maintained, and connectivity is excellent with cabs easily available if booked in advance. Residents are very satisfied here. The electricity service is reliable, and waste collection is done efficiently, keeping everything safe and clean. The construction quality is top-notch with no leaks or issues. Public transportation is within walking distance, and the metro is just a kilometer away. Overall, the environment is safe and well-built, making it a great place to live.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are a bit on the expensive side. Road quality is not good outside the society with a lot of pot holes it gets really difficult during rainy seasons.

Good things here
The society is very well-maintained with clean lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. The roads are good. The construction is solid with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight. The neighbours are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together.
Things need improvement
All amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park are available but they are not accessible to the people living on rent in the society . Connectivity of society is moderate its not that good , sometimes its hard to get autos , cabs or public transport . These issues needs to be resolved.

Good things here
Construction quality is excellent with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and the buildings have good ventilation and sunlight. The society is well-connected with autos, cabs and public transport nearby. Maintenance services are great with clean lifts, frequent cleaning, garbage collection. There are plenty of amenities including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks.
Things need improvement
No issues at all in the society , its just that i am not that of a social person so i haven't attended festivals in the society . Rest all is great , its a great society.

There are minor issues with construction such as seepage, leakage, and cracks, affecting the overall satisfaction despite the well-maintained facilities and friendly neighborhood, but that's manageble.

Good things here
The building has no issues with leaks or water seepage. The society offers great amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The neighbors are friendly and nice, creating a welcoming community. It�s a comfortable and pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
The mainatainence is average in the society sometime the society is cleaned. Connectivity is very poor in the society to get any public transport resident need to go away from the society like 1. 5-2 km. There is no street light in the roads in the front of the society.

I am not a social person so haven't attended any festival in the society . There are all the amenities available like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park but i don't use them personally.

Good things here
It's near Neo Town, construction quality is good with no seepage, amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and play area are suitable for middle-class people, maintenance is good, and transportation connectivity is good with easy availability of auto and cabs and no traffic issues.
Things need improvement
The last paint job in the society was completed many years ago, and while lifts were installed previously, their current operational status is uncertain and needs clarification.

Good things here
The society often organizes medical health camps for residents, which is a great perk. The amenities like the swimming pool, table tennis facilities, and well-kept walking paths are excellent. Plus, the neighboring community members are friendly and welcoming.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion on the main road worsens during office hours, causing significant delays for both commuters and residents trying to navigate through the area.

Connectivity is superb, with essential facilities such as petrol bunks, markets, and schools situated within a 2 to 3-km radius. Cabs are easily accessible round the clock, and the upcoming metro system enhances transportation options. Maintenance is top-notch, ensuring residents never encounter power outage problems due to robust backup solutions. Moreover, all amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and park are available and impeccably maintained.
Things need improvement
In this society, there are a few issues such as occasional water shortages for residents. Additionally, shopping malls are located approximately 12 kilometers away from the society.

peaceful society, and near to margodanahalli lake. I love to stay here and the environment is quite nice.
