I find this project to be one of the most affordable in the sector 16 area. The amenities and rooms of the units being offered are surely a great value for money.

Finding parking spaces is sometimes a challenge for visitors coming for a visit to the project. The infrastructure quality is good but more focus on keeping the area clean is to be looked into by the management.

The transportation options are excellent. Both buses and metro stations are accessible. Uber and other forms of public transportation have also become common within the project. Value for money Guranteed.

The 2 most important things for a comfortable living, are water and power supply. Staying here I can vouch that there are no issues with the both and the local markets nearby make it highly convenient.

This project's neighbours and connection are excellent. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and other services are all available, and malls are also close by. The project is kept clean and hygienic with good open spaces.

The housing is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. My used to walk here everyday. Some additional settlements are basketball, badminton courts, squash courts, gym, garbage disposal are here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs. Every inhabitants are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities.

I have been living with my parents in a 3BHK flat in this estate for 2years. I must include that all the rooms are so spacy. Every room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom have ample space for sound living. My room gets full-day sunlight and is well ventilated. Doors and windows are wooden and gorgeously designed. Every room has also a perfect colour combination. They also focus on any need of tenants to fulfil it as soon as possible. They have premium security services and also 24 hours CCTV surveillance.

There are not enough grocery or vegetable markets near the locality that's why we face lots of problems when we needed something. There are frequent power cuts in the locality that last for long hours and cannot continue my work from home. Some water pipelines in the locality are damaged and leaking, leading to unchecked wastage of water and government is not taking care of it. The unnecessarily wastage of drinking water is quite disgusting. IGI Airport is so far from this place.

This place has a good connection with Greater Noida West Link Road and Pradhan Road which provide a decent connectivity with other cities. The Surajpur Bird Sanctuary, a popular nature tourism destination is just 15 minute drive away from this place. My workplace, Skysoft is located at just 20min drive distance. Cabs are easily available that's why I can reach my destination in time. SKS World School, BKS World School and Manthan School are some schools and hospitals like Arogya Hospital, Yatharth Hospital and Kailash Hospital are at very close distance.
