Good things here
Living here has been a wonderful experience. All basic amenities are well-maintained, and there's dedicated parking for residents. The construction quality is excellent with no issues of leakage or termites. Connectivity is improving, making commuting easier. Maintenance expenses are reasonable, and the cleanliness is always on point. Additionally, the people here love to interact with each other, creating a friendly and vibrant community.
Things need improvement
While everything is generally good, there's always room for improvement. It would be great to see more community activities and events to foster a stronger sense of community. One downside is that the location is a bit far from the main city, which can make commuting slightly inconvenient at times. Improving transportation options and connectivity to the city center would greatly enhance the overall living experience.

Good things here
The lifts are well-maintained, and cleanliness and hygiene are upheld. Festivals are celebrated, and residents are cooperative. Mostly families reside in the society. It offers all modern amenities, and there are no issues of leakage or seepage. Autos are available near the society, and there is enough parking for both visitors and residents.
Things need improvement
Near the society, there is a traffic issue, and sometimes there is a slight problem with water supply, though not very often. It's a bit challenging to find cabs near the society as this area doesn't have frequent cab availability.

Good things here
The water supply was consistent 24/7 without any issues. There was power backup for both common areas and flats. Security was good within the society, and all modern amenities were present and well-maintained. The society was clean and never had any problems with leakages or seepages. Overall, the residents were decent and respectful.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was a major issue as there were no autos or buses accessible from the society. The roads in front of the society were not in good condition, and the outside area was not safe for ladies at night. Additionally, power cuts were a frequent issue.

If you want a good level of living, this is the place to buy a home since you get what you paid for. As a result, the residences are well-built, and maintenance is done on a regular basis.

the safety is also good and you need not worry about the senior citizens or kids. There are lots of schools, colleges, institutes, malls, hospitals and markets nearby. Cab drivers find it easier to reach this place as there are no traffic jams in the area.
