. I had booked the flat and they are delaying the process. I have visited the site for quite a lot of times now but the management is worse. Would recommend to check other projects before investing into this one.

The flat is spacious and airy with a lovely view of sea and garden from the balcony. The amenities are excellent and there are shops under the apartment. Lovely project and better than other constructions in this area.

Tricity Promenade is the new project. I had booked an apartment and I am expecting it by 2022. The amenities are top class and the facilities are provided keeping in mind of the residents. The location is in seawoods.
