The building itself is aesthetically pleasing and reflects good craftsmanship, which can be a redeeming quality for residents. Additionally, the community has organized social events, earning a rating of for social life. These events provide opportunities for residents to interact and build a sense of community, which is crucial in such challenging living conditions.
Things need improvement
Society suffers from numerous shortcomings that significantly impact the quality of life for its residents. Connectivity has poor access to transportation facilities, making daily commuting a challenge. Maintenance is also low as recurring issues such as water shortages that disrupt daily routines. The construction quality is subpar evident from ongoing problems like seepage. Moreover, the promised amenities like a pool, garden, and clubhouse have not been delivered, despite being marketed by the builder. The lack of proper parking allotment further adds to the frustrations of residents, indicating a lack of management and accountability. Overall, it is only suitable for residents with private transport who can overlook these significant deficiencies.

A resident living in this society would find the location convenient in terms of proximity to Candor techspace SEZ. Overall, the resident's experience would be characterized by a mix of convenience and frustration due to the various shortcomings in connectivity, construction quality, amenities, maintenance, and social life.

However, the lack of amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool would be disappointing. The poor construction quality and unsupportive maintenance staff would also be major drawbacks for the resident. Additionally, inadequate security measures, incomplete boundary walls, and issues with stray dogs and monkeys would further impact the quality of living in the society. The resident would also have concerns about the construction progress and the delayed installation of essential facilities like lifts.

Good things here
The place looks posh and the neighbors are cool. If you work at Candor Techspace SEZ, it's super handy. The apartments are laid out well, with big balconies, spacious rooms, and lots of parking spots. Plus, there's plenty of sunlight streaming in, which makes it feel nice and comfy.
Things need improvement
The biggest letdown is the lack of amenities like a gym, clubhouse, pool, and library. On top of that, the quality of construction is subpar, with issues like incomplete walls, poor plaster and fittings, and unreliable lifts. Security isn't tight enough, making it easy for outsiders to enter. And to add to the frustration, there are stray animals like dogs and monkeys roaming around, along with mosquitoes from nearby canals, making the situation even more uncomfortable.
