ROF Ananda is an Affordable Housing Project in Sector 95 Gurgaon. It is very well connected via Pataudi Road and SPR. Maintenance services provided by the builder are very low at quality. Power cuts are frequent. Lifts are not maintained very well. 4 Wheeler parking is not allowed in society and parking of vehicles create issues among residents.
Water flow in Bathroom and toilet sometimes bear foul smell. Power cuts are frequent especially in summers.

Must say, ROF Ananda (Gurgaon) has given all that they promised. Project is by very reputed builder so construction quality is up to mark. The society is located on main greater noida Taj highway road connecting NH 24 with kisan chowk. Majority of the flats are 3 side open which gives better ventilation and natural light. Club is maintained well. Society maintenance facility is very good. I will be happy here.

See, not every project is perfect. Even this project has some teething problem like water logging in neighborhood during monsoon and also construction noise which may slightly disturb if you are working from home. Sector 95 is a very nice and beautiful locality. All basic amenities like hospitals,schools,colleges and markets are avaliable nearby. Sector 95 is well connected to pataudi road, dwarka expressway and NH 8. Location is huge plus point for property and in reasonable budget.

I was pleasantly surprised with opportunity to buy home in such central location of Gurgaon within my budget. Everything is within walking distance like a petrol pump grocery shops gym hospital within 2 km and easily available cab within 10 min of booking like as uber ola etc and a shopping mall is also there within half km distance I can get all the things there like as cinema hall Haldiram and some more famous sweets shop . I can travel anywhere without hassle.

ROF Ananda is excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location. It's lowest density project in Gurgaon with lowest maintenance I.e Rs1.5 per sqft. Has 2 pools, 2 schools,2 badminton court,one skating ring, 1 tennis court. Very big gardens,mother dairy booth.. Amenity is excellent. Overall area is very safe though water does accumulate in heavy rains. But location you will love. I am waiting for the possession to start.

Nothing to really criticize about project. I mean L and T has really given everything in so reasonable budget. I will love ambiance of project. It's lowest density project in Gurgaon with lowest maintenance I.e Rs1.5 per sqft. Has 2 pools, 2 schools,2 badminton court,one skating ring, 1 tennis court.. Builder has given great construction quality and amenity. Security in complex is good and maintenance service respond fast. My family will be very happy here.
