Good things here
Near the society, there were schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants, and DMARTs conveniently located. The quality of food outside the society is good, and there are no water-logging issues inside or outside the society. The build quality of the society is excellent, with no infrastructure defects observed so far. Amenities such as playgrounds, malls, and gyms are available within the society. Safety is prioritized, with guards stationed at entrances and CCTV coverage in all areas. Garbage collection is carried out daily, and dry and wet waste is segregated within the society. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is provided. Electricity is available 24 hours, with power backup facilities in place. The community comprises decent and well-educated individuals, and all festivals are celebrated within the society. Security guards are well-trained to manage parking areas efficiently, minimizing queues and congestion within�the�society.
Things need improvement
There are several issues in that society. Firstly, there is no consistent municipal water supply, forcing residents to rely on tanker facilities that provide hard water. This poses challenges regarding drinking water quality. Additionally, I have sold my flat in that society but have not yet received any profit due to the numerous issues present. Basic amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and banquet hall are also lacking�in�the�society.

Local transport facilities are easily accessible near the society, and there is a DMART located at a short distance. The build quality is average. The society benefits from 24-hour electricity supply. Safety measures are in place with guards stationed at the entrance 24/7 and CCTV coverage in all areas. Garbage collection is conducted daily, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the society. Social functions are celebrated within the community, fostering a sense of togetherness. There is no discrimination between owners and tenants in the society, promoting inclusivity�and�fairness.
Things need improvement
Bus services are not available near the society, and there is no local market nearby. Only one shop is present within the society, requiring residents to travel long distances for other essentials. Parking slots are limited, causing chaos among residents. During my five years in the society, I faced leakage and seepage problems twice, bearing the repair costs myself. Currently, neither the owner nor the maintenance team addresses these issues. The society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, and the gym is small and poorly equipped. The clubhouse is empty, and water supply is restricted to specific hours from 12 PM�noon�to�5�PM.

The quality of roads in the society is of a good standard, and there is no waterlogging problem. The roads are wide, which prevents traffic issues near the society. The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Issue resolution is prompt and efficient, thanks to a dedicated maintenance team that oversees daily upkeep and cleaning. Garbage collection occurs daily. Fire safety measures, such as fire exits, circuits, and extinguishers, are provided. Pets are allowed in the society following specific rules and regulations set by pet owners. Bachelor's are allowed in the society. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is provided within�the�society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance and amenities are major drawbacks of this society. There is no swimming pool or clubhouse, and the builder has only provided a small gym. The maintenance team has not made any efforts towards improving the overall condition or efficiency�of�the�society.

The community is friendly, and all the festival are celebrate in the society. There is 24-hour availability of water and electricity�in�the�society.

The amenities are a major problem in the society. There is no swimming pool available, and the garden, clubhouse, and gym are too small for the residents�of�the�society.

Good things here
The society is conveniently connected to the highway, making autos and buses easily accessible. The people are friendly and celebrate festivals together. There are no issues with cleanliness or water supply. The flats are new, so there are no problems with leakage, seepage, or cracks. There is ample parking, and the lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The amenities in the society are not operational yet because the construction of the second building is still ongoing. As a result, the amenities are also under construction. Additionally, the roads outside the society are under construction as well.

Good things here
Society was just beside the highway so connectivity was big plus to live in . high security to there resident. society was very well maintained and neat,clean and hygenic environment. Build quality was great like no leakage and seepage at all. Allocated guest and owner parking space. proper garbage collection in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up connections has been given to common areas only. all the amenities were present in the society except swimminng pool but none of it was functional.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Highway connected society. Security apps are available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Parking space is available.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available outside the society. Water supply is a major issue. Power backup is only available for common area. Security guards are available but they allow outsiders to enter without asking the residents. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Some appartments might have seepage and leakage issues. Paintings and renovations are not done on time. Visitor's parking is available.
