Good things here
The society boasts clean air and excellent ventilation, even in balcony areas and the garden. Parking spaces are well-maintained across 60 apartments are there. Within 1 km, residents have access to groceries, supermarkets, clinics, hotels, and streetlights. Regular garbage collection and overall apartment cleaning are ensured by proactive residents. Construction quality is outstanding, with good wall and plaster quality. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, party hall, club house, parking spaces, and kids' play areas are available. The residents are very friendly and celebrate all kinds of festivals together.
Things need improvement
Due to ongoing construction in the vicinity, residents are experiencing increased dust levels in the society. This has led to concerns regarding air quality and cleanliness within the premises, prompting the need for mitigation measures to address the issue effectively.
