Good things here
I�m really happy with a lot of things about this housing society. The place is always clean and well-maintained, which is awesome. The buildings are well-built, so it feels safe and comfy. The amenities like the gym and pool are great, giving residents plenty of options for fitness and fun. The social life is pretty decent too, with friendly people and chances to join in on community activities.
Things need improvement
There are a couple of downsides. The connectivity is a major issue�getting around is tough because the transportation options aren�t great, making commuting and running errands a hassle. Also, while the social life is nice, people here aren�t very interactive, so it can be hard to form strong connections with neighbors. These issues take away from the overall experience of living in an otherwise well-kept and well-equipped housing society.

Good things here
Easy accessibility via auto-rickshaw, facilitating transportation for residents. Lack of traffic issues on the road, contributing to smooth travel within the area. Presence of a swimming pool, providing residents with a recreational amenity.
Things need improvement
Limited garbage collection, leading to cleanliness concerns within the society. Poor maintenance services, particularly regarding unresolved water leakage and seepage issues, indicating a lack of attention to resident concerns. Inconsistent response from the maintenance office, with no effective solutions provided for reported issues. Mediocre lift condition, potentially causing inconvenience for residents reliant on vertical transportation.

Good things here
Public transport like autos and rickshaws is available within a 1-2 minute walking distance. Malls, markets, and grocery stores are also nearby. Cleaning and hygiene are well maintained, and the CCTV and security guard services are good. There are no issues with seepage.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities available within the society. The lifts are crowded, and in our block, there are two lifts, but one is only used during the day and the other at night, which can be a problem. Ventilation is a bit of an issue from the ground floor up to the fifth floor. There is no car parking available in the society.
