Good things here
This project have important places like malls, hospitals, and IT hubs�it's so convenient and saves a lot of time traveling around. Plus, the well-kept surroundings and reasonable maintenance charges are a big bonus for me. It makes living here a lot more comfortable.
Things need improvement
The ongoing construction�it can get pretty noisy and disturb the peace around here. And it's worrying if there are issues like seepage or cracks in the walls�it makes me question the quality of the construction. These things can really impact how enjoyable it is to live here and might even affect the value of the property in the future.

Well-connected this project is, with malls, hospitals, and shops nearby. The social facilities they offer are fantastic and make living here even better. Plus, the buildings are built to last, which is great, and they keep everything clean and well-maintained, which I appreciate.

Very easy it is to get to malls, hospitals, and markets for my daily needs. The low traffic and availability of public transport make commuting stress-free. Plus, the well-maintained amenities add convenience and comfort to daily living
