What's impressive is how everyone diligently follows the association's rules, contributing to the upkeep of the society. From stellar cleaning services to reliable water supply, maintenance standards here are consistently excellent, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for all. The amenities are top-notch too, with a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and well-maintained play areas for everyone to enjoy. And let's not forget about security � it's tight, giving residents peace of mind. The construction is solid, offering great views from outside thanks to well-designed elevation, and no leakage issues inside the flats. Plus, ample parking space is definitely a bonus!
One of the main drawbacks of this society is the heavy traffic outside, especially during peak hours, which can be quite a hassle for residents. Additionally, the lack of nearby public transportation options adds to the inconvenience, making commuting more challenging for those without personal vehicles. The construction quality is top-notch, evident from the absence of seepage issues. Services like garbage collection, cleaning, and water supply run seamlessly, while the elevators consistently operate without any hitches. Security is reliable, thanks to attentive staff and effective CCTV surveillance. The society boasts two meticulously maintained clubhouses - one indoor and one outdoor - complemented by a swimming pool, basketball and badminton courts, and a football area, all managed efficiently by the association.
Connectivity poses a significant challenge in this society, primarily due to the one-way road nearby, which often results in frustrating traffic congestions. Access to essential services like hospitals is also limited, with the nearest one being around 6 kilometers away, and the absence of nearby supermarkets adds to the inconvenience. Water facilities operate smoothly 24/7, and power backup is also available. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the apartment. Neighbors are very good within the apartment complex. Residents can celebrate every festival, such as Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Krishna Jayanti, together as a family. Additionally, maintenance is very well-maintained, with cleanliness being excellent outside the society.
Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is very poor within the society. Even if we book Ola or Uber, they won't come immediately to the society. Public transportation options like buses are not available nearby; the nearest stop is around 2 kilometers away. Additionally, there is no designated visitor parking area within the society. Metro connectivity is also lacking, with no metro station near the society.

Connectivity options like cabs are available along the main road of the society, and we can also book Ola. Autos are readily available on the nearby society main road, making transportation very convenient.
The construction quality is very poor, with some seepage issues and leaks observed in the society. There are significant leakages in the walls of the flats, indicating severe structural issues. Additionally, the flats are small in size. Furthermore, there is no designated visitor parking area within the society.

Security is tight, with diligent guards especially at night. Streets are kept clean and hygienic. Overall, the society's maintenance is excellent.
Yearly maintenance costs between 5000 to 7000 rupees are reasonable for the society. However, parking can be crowded, which can be inconvenient. Hospitals are a bit far, about 2-3 kilometers away, which might be inconvenient in emergencies.

Facilities like supermarkets, markets, malls, and fruit shops are available within a walkable distance from the society, making it convenient.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society; we are paying 5000 rupees. Roads are in poor condition in the society. There is pollution around the society. Schools are far from the society. Drainage cleaning is also not good in the society at a particular time.

Residents are respectful and friendly; we organize events for every festival as a family. Greenery in the society is well-maintained. Access to stores and schools behind the society is very convenient. Parking is available inside the society, and only the gym is available.

I moved out of this society around 1 year ago. During my time there, one of the standout positive aspects was its maintenance facilities. The society's committee was actively involved, appointing a member for each department to ensure the effectiveness of the issue-resolution processes. This resulted in a good water supply, effective power backup options, and regular garbage collection. Additionally, the society has excellent connectivity, with markets, shops, and bus stops all within a 2 to 3km radius. Most flats enjoyed good ventilation due to the well-thought-out construction design.
There is no clubhouse inside the society for indoor games and the big celebrations.
