Shagun hospital was nearby. auto and buses were easily accessible. market was nearby. water supply was 24*7. all modern amenities are there and well maintained. read more

Major issue was our landlord because of whom i left the society. he was not cooperative. he has not refunded my deposit amount. I asked him for refund he said you are leaving in the middle of month so no refund. read more

Good things here

The constructuion quality is amazing in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in my appartment. The maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. Lifts are functional in the society. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. Drainage system is good in the society. The society has got amenities like swimming pool and gym made inside the society. All the amenities are functional and kept well maintained. The neighbourhood of this society is very good and many events and festivals are celebrated together in this society. Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. The location of the society is great, it's on the main road. read more
