Good things here
What stands out about this society is the seamless connectivity. With buses, autos, and cabs readily available, getting around is very convenient. The roads are in excellent condition, and you�ll find schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which is very handy. Another great aspect is the construction quality. There are no termite issues, and the buildings have proper ventilation with well-done plaster and fittings. Designated parking for each resident ensures that parking rules are respected and followed. Garbage collection is systematic, with regular pickups and proper segregation of wet and dry waste. We have 24/7 electricity supply, which adds to the comfort of living here. The neighborhood is incredibly friendly; we�ve been here for years and enjoy celebrating festivals together. The society is equipped with well-maintained elevators, making daily life easier. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, providing peace of mind to all residents.
Things need improvement
One major issue here is the frequent interruption in the water supply, which often leads to shortages. This can be quite inconvenient. Additionally, there is a persistent seepage problem that needs attention. Another downside is the lack of modern amenities; there is no swimming pool, gym, or similar facilities that you might expect in a contemporary residential society. These shortcomings definitely affect the overall living experience.

Good things here
I'm grateful for the reliable electricity supply we have here, without any power cut issues. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on a consistent power supply for my daily needs. The effective security measures in place provide a sense of safety and peace of mind for me. Knowing that the community is well-secured adds to my overall feeling of comfort and security. I also appreciate that the lifts in our building are well-maintained and functional. It makes moving around the building much easier and ensures that residents, especially those on higher floors, can access their homes comfortably. The convenient proximity to a nearby market area is incredibly handy. It makes it easy for me to access essential goods and services without having to travel far, which adds to the overall convenience of living here. Moreover, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, along with the vibrant celebration of cultural festivals and events, enriches the sense of community in our society.
Things need improvement
I'm really content with the way things are in my society. It's a good place to live in, and honestly, I don't feel like there's anything that needs to be added or improved. Everything seems to meet my needs and expectations perfectly, which is something I'm grateful for. However, having modern amenities in the society would be the cherry on top.

Living in this society is truly wonderful. It's considered a great place to live, and I couldn't agree more. The absence of seepage or leakage problems in our property makes for a comfortable and worry-free living experience. I really appreciate the efforts put into maintaining the infrastructure. One of the best parts about living here is the sense of camaraderie among the residents. Everyone is so helpful and supportive, which really fosters a strong sense of community. Good things here
Autos and rickshaws are easily available nearby. There are malls, markets, schools, and grocery shops nearby. The lift and CCTV cameras work fine. The security guards do their job properly. Festivals like Diwali and Holi are celebrated. There are no issues with waterlogging or network problems.
Things need improvement
There are many issues here that need attention. Near the staircase, all the doors are broken, and nobody takes care of them. There's a lot of leakage in the bathrooms, and despite repeated complaints, the maintenance team hasn't taken any action in the past 5 years. They just come, inspect, and leave without doing anything. This is a major problem here. The maintenance team is completely unhelpful. The surroundings of the society are not cleaned or maintained. The metro station is far from the society. There are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area here. Despite this, the maintenance charge is Rs. 2800 per month for a 1 BHK, which I find too costly. Water doesn't come from the municipality; we have to rely on tanker water. The external and internal paint hasn't been done for a long time, and all the paint has faded.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. No such major electricity issues was faced. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Lift is available. Balcony was available. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Garden and play area for kids is available People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. The society atmosphere is very good. Parking space is available.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, are not available in the society. Painting is not done on time.

The construction quality of the flats is very poor, with frequent issues like leakages, seepages, and cracks. The amenities provided are inadequate and not meeting expectations. There are significant problems with the water supply, which is insufficient. Cleanliness standards are also lacking.

Good things here
Auto cabs are easily available at outside of the apartments. cleaniness is top notch,society is neat,clean and hygenic. All the resident are good in nature and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
There are leakage and seepage issues around the apatments. public transport is far away from the society. water supply is bounded by time . there is no amenities present in the society. parking is only for those who bought earlier. maintenance charges were bit high compare to other.

The lifts are kept in good condition. There is ample parking for residents. Cleanliness is well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated. The people are friendly and respectful. Water is available 24/7. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in the flats. The roads near the society are in good condition, and public transport is easily accessible.
Things need improvement
The society lacks modern amenities like a gym or garden. Pets are not allowed. There is no designated inside parking for visitors; they must park outside. Additionally, bachelors are not permitted to reside in the society.
