Both services are available near the society. Auto cabs are also easily accessible. There is a railway station nearby, so the overall connectivity of the apartment is excellent. Talking about the build quality, it's great. There are no cracks or leakage effects on the walls of the society, indicating excellent build quality. Owners and visitors have allocated parking spaces in the society. 24/7 water and electricity supply is available. People in the society are cooperative and friendly, and there are guards stationed in each area to ensure�security.

There is 24x7 electricity with no power cut issues. However, cleanliness is maintained as garbage is collected on a daily basis, which is a significant part of the society. Facilities such as structures and functions are celebrated within the society. The people in the society are friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere overall. Maintenance charges are reasonable, which is appreciated�by�residents.

Given its age, the society lacks modern amenities typically found in newer constructions. Additionally, being a 4-floor building, there are no elevators available. I'm pleased to say that the road condition and street lights in our area are top-notch, ensuring smooth travel and safety, even during the night. Additionally, we have ample parking space available, which is incredibly convenient for both residents and visitors. I'm grateful that we don't face any water supply issues; it's reassuring to have reliable access to water. Fortunately, major electricity problems are a rarity here, so we can count on a stable power supply. Our building's lift is well-maintained, providing easy accessibility for everyone. With functioning CCTV cameras, I feel more secure knowing that surveillance is in place and operational.

The construction quality is notably poor, which can lead to various issues. Additionally, there are concerns regarding garbage collection not being conducted properly, which can affect hygiene and cleanliness. Moreover, the lack of friendly interactions among residents and limited availability of public transport contribute to a less than ideal living situation. Furthermore, essential amenities such as markets, hospitals, and grocery stores are far from our society, making it inconvenient for residents to access necessary services. Moreover, the absence of recreational facilities like a swimming pool, gym, and playground further detracts from the quality of life in our community.

My experience in the society was truly wonderful. The maintenance was impeccable, ensuring that everything was always in top condition. I never had to worry about finding parking, and the connectivity of the area was excellent. Having schools, hospitals, markets, and public transport nearby made life incredibly convenient. All amenities were readily available and well-maintained, adding to the overall quality of living. But what really stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the people. It felt like a true community, where everyone looked out for each other and welcomed newcomers with open arms. It's an experience I'll always cherish.

My experience in the society was generally okay, but I did encounter some issues that detracted from it. The construction quality wasn't as good as I expected, as I faced problems with seepage in my flat. Additionally, the frequent power cuts in the society were quite bothersome and disruptive to my daily routine. Aside from these challenges, everything else was fine. However, addressing these issues would definitely improve the overall living experience for me and other residents.

Good things here

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. The society is very well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, the construction quality of the buildings is very good. facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.

The maintenance services in the society are quite good; they are properly maintained, with regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. Additionally, the lift is also well-maintained. The people in the society are very nice; we celebrate festivals together and everyone is helpful. My neighbors are also good friends, and overall, the people in the society are�very�friendly.

Auto cabs were easily available, and the railway station was just 10 minutes away from the society, making connectivity excellent. The quality of roads within the society was well developed, with a local market and cinema halls nearby. Schools, hospitals, and nursing homes were also conveniently located. There were no leakage or seepage problems in the society. Allocated owner's parking was available, and there was 24-hour water and electricity supply. Cleaning and garbage collection were done daily, and security was present round-the-clock throughout the society. People were cooperative, and socialization within the community�was�good.
