I'm pleased to say that street lights and roads are all properly functional in our society, ensuring safety and ease of movement for residents. The availability of public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs right outside the society makes connectivity very convenient for everyone. Essential amenities such as stationary shops, market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are all conveniently located nearby, adding to the convenience of daily life. I'm glad to report that regular garbage collection is efficiently managed by the society The lifts in the buildings work properly fine, providing reliable access to upper floors for residents. The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, with no issues of seepage or leakage, reflecting the high standards maintained. It's heartening to know that all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together, organized by the committee, and the friendly atmosphere among residents enhances the sense of community within the society.
Things need improvement
While our society boasts many conveniences, it's important to note that amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and club house are not currently available within the community. Despite the absence of these facilities, the society still offers a range of other benefits, such as functional street lights, nearby access to public transportation, and convenient proximity to essential services like schools and grocery stores.

As a tenant in the society, I've noticed some areas where improvements could be made. One of the key areas is the behavior of the committee towards tenants, which I feel is lacking. It's important for all committee members to maintain a positive and respectful relationship with tenants, fostering a sense of inclusion and cooperation within the community. Furthermore, the condition of the roads around the society leaves much to be desired. Better maintenance of these roads would not only improve the overall aesthetic appeal of the area but also ensure safer and smoother travel for everyone. There are absolutety no amenities provided in the society.

Fire exits are in place, ensuring safety measures are upheld. The maintenance charges, set at a reasonable 2000 annually, are well-received by residents. Centrally located in Andheri, the society enjoys excellent connectivity, with nearby access to the metro, malls, and markets. There are auto, rickshaws and cabs easily available near the society, which is very convenient for residents. The society provides commendable maintenance services, including prompt housekeeping, electrician, and plumber services. Management works very good in maintaining the society. Starting from garbage collection and cleanliness also hygeine everything is maintained very nicely. Multicolured bins are used for garbage disposal. The lifts in the society are of good quality, ensuring reliable vertical transportation for residents.
Things need improvement
While maintenance services were satisfactory overall, the frequent breakdown of the lift and poor cleanliness in less-visited areas like the basement indicate areas needing improvement. Lack of guest parking, despite available double basement parking, and strict restrictions on outsider usage, may be perceived as overly stringent by residents. Concerns about poor construction quality, such as the ceiling collapse incident, highlight significant safety risks and may prompt residents to reconsider their living arrangements.

Safety is utmost tight & secure in this area. Society is well maintained & regular housekeeping staff & pest control agency visits regularly. No Power cuts & water issue in this area. Society is cosmopolitan & celebrates every festivals with full of positive vibes & energy. Gym,Indoor sports,clubhouse are well managed, maintained & functional. Very wide road in front of building, Very smooth traffic. Metro station at 3 minutes walk. No water clogging in this area.

There is no point where anyone dislike his building. Very strong building materials used by the renowned builder. 4 Big podiums for more than enough parking. Spacious rooms & even kitchen and washrooms are also very big.

Slight issue in the building quality due to which seepage was common. it detoriorates the quality and beauty of the building and makes the room seem old and damaged.

The bathroom consistently faced challenges with leakages, and the taps were often unreliable, causing inconvenience. Waterlogging became a common occurrence, leading to occasional spills beyond the bathroom area.

Connectivity is great as there are good schools and hospitals near by the society even local transport facilities are easy to approach near by the society. Good security system there are 2 gaurds available 24/7 in the society. People over here are really helpful and coperative,all the festivals are being celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
As this has become old construction so there are issues in bathroom area and drainage problems are also there in the society. There is only semi amenities available and there is no swimmimg pool,club house and gym in the society.
