The ongoing road construction occasionally leads to traffic congestion, which can inconvenience residents. The malfunctioning lift with jammed doors is a safety concern and can be inconvenient. The temple area lacks proper cleaning and maintenance, diminishing its sanctity and appeal. Access to the swimming pool and gym may be limited or controlled, impacting residents' recreational opportunities.

it's a great place to live, the Complex has very good connectivity to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, the Complex is on Western Express highway surrounded by Malls, Schools,Vollages, Hospital, etc. It's gated community, with Socil and welfare activities throughout the year with festival and functions held regularly.
It's too expensive and High maintenance comples, Lodha Aqua Complex, The Club Membership and usage charges are too high.

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society, all are well maintained. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. The road quality outside the society is good for which water logging issues does not happen. Alloted Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is also available. Lifts work properly, and timely maintainance are done.
According to me there is no such problems faced in the society, everything is in a working condition and good in the society.

Connectivity is really good in this society as there are local railway station and bus stop near by the society even though there are mall,restaurants and schools,hospitals near by the society.All the modern amenities arethere in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area and eveything well maintained and well eqquipted in the society.
Constrution quality is not that great some of the units has issues regarding seepage but that has been fixed by the managing committee.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro station is also available nearby the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it.
I had not faced any issues at all in the society that needs to be mentioned. it is a very good society with everything available in it.

Good locality and neighbourhood makes this a happening place where you can spend rest of your life. The green lush gardens and parks make the environment lively and fresh. I found it one of the best project because the construction and price both are good. Additionally there are no problems that you may come across as the security is good and regular maintenance is done always. Jogging track, garden, grocery store, ATM, lift and all other modern facilities are here.

The apartments are exquisitely designed and dedicated to offering homes of unsurpassed quality. The apartments are well-ventilated, roomy, and Vastu-compliant. It is a good society for families and students because they have good power and water supply, and the maintenance office is always available to help you if anything goes wrong, and security is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so I believe these are the main things that everyone looks for before buying or renting a flat. I'm happy to be here.

The society is situated in a disturbing environment. The society is not secure, with CCTV cameras which is mosly inactive and watchmen stationed in each tower. It includes a nice park with plenty of room and well-kept grounds. Parking is nor not organized. It's a guarded neighbourhood. As a result, an outsider can pass to enter society. For food and vegetables, you'll find very expensive department stores. There is also a professional beauty parlour in society. It also features exceptional construction quality, a great power backup system, and neither well-maintained lift nor a CCTV camera it has. The society is close to a bank. Nearby are malls, shops, and complexes.

We have never experienced any seepage or leakage issues in our apartment, although there are several instances of seepage problems in society. There haven't been any complaints in our society regarding this matter, and compared to other societies, ours is in a much better condition
The maintenance charges are reasonable, and power cuts are very rare. We have a proper water supply, and amenities such as schools and hospitals are available nearby. There are also auto cabs available outside the society. All amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and gardens, are provided within the society. With allotted parking and good security equipped with CCTV cameras throughout the premises, parking is�never�an�issue.
