Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity, with easy access to public transport like auto-rickshaws and cabs right outside. Nearby, you'll find local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. It's well-maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene standards. The water supply is reliable. Garbage collection is done promptly every day. The construction quality is high, with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. The residents are friendly and cooperative, often celebrating cultural events and festivals together. It's a peaceful environment with a good security system, including CCTV cameras and security guards. Ample parking space, including visitor parking, is provided.
Things need improvement
The society lacks additional facilities like a gym, swimming pool, parks, clubhouse, and play areas for kids. Moreover, the existing amenities are not well maintained. Not all apartments have balconies.

Things need improvement
There are some challenges with the construction quality due to the age of the infrastructure. Issues like seepage and leakage can indeed be frustrating for residents.

Management promptly responds to queries and concerns from residents. The availability of amenities such as a swimming pool and gym adds to the basic facilities provided by the society. Fortunately, the society is free from issues like seepage or leakage. The recently upgraded lifts are working smoothly. Additionally, security gate apps are in place to notify residents about who is entering the premises.
Things need improvement
There is an issue with the connectivity of the society with auto-rickshaws due to ongoing construction work outside the premises. Additionally, the society could benefit from a bit more cleaning to maintain its standards.

Good things here
Proactive maintenance is fantastic when I receive advance notice about a water crisis, allowing me to address it promptly. Amenities like a swimming pool and gym area are definitely a big plus for me! Having these facilities available within my community adds a lot of convenience and enjoyment to my daily life.
Things need improvement
It can be really frustrating when I struggle to find a cab during the summer months. The heat just makes the wait feel even longer. And having to cross the lane to catch a cab adds another layer of inconvenience, especially if the traffic is heavy. It not only slows me down but also poses safety concerns.

Residents have easy access to transportation options. Availability of parking allotment,Parking spaces are allocated to residents. Access to swimming pool and gym area,these facilities are available within the society. Top-notch security and lifts,security measures and lift operations are excellent.
Things need improvement
The maintenance level is 6 out of 10, indicating room for improvement. Seepage and leakage issue, The presence of these problems suggests potential maintenance challenges. The maintenance service is not proactive, which may lead to delays in addressing issues.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society was good with easy availability of cabs and autos. The water quality was good. Electricity was supplied timely. Construction quality was satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. The neighborhood was friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Maintenance was poor with Water supply and water logging issues. The park was restricted.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. The society is peaceful. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is available.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, parks,club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Amenities are not maintained. Balcony is not available in all appartments. Security apps are not available. Drainage system is not good, during rainy season water logging issues are faced. society gets flooded with water loggong issues.

Good things here
There are good schools and hospitals near by the society.Rooms are spacious and well designed,there are full size window so the vantilation is proper inside the units.All the amenities are available in the society and eveything is well maintained.High security system has been adopted and there are cctv survilance in all area.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Power back facilities were available in the society but only common light,lift and lobby area.There were no balcony attached with rooms.

Good things here
High security system as there are gaurds 24/7 and all the areas are under cctv survilance. Managing committe is so attentive to resolve issue that come across by the residents. Proper garbage collection is done in the society and time to time mopping and sweeping is done. Community of the people is really good and all the festivals are being celebrated in the society. maintenance charges are reasonable and allocated parking is availabe.
Things need improvement
Public transport like railway station,bus stop was quite far away from the society but you can approach local transport easily. Metro is under construction in these are. Amenities are not available in the building but there is area where it is commonly used by the residents of that area but that too not operation since long time. .

The drainage system is inadequate, leading to waterlogging problems, especially during the rainy season. The society experiences flooding due to these issues. Additionally, there is no open ground available.
