It is 400 mtrs from Outer Ring Road and 1 km from all major tech companies in Doddenakundi, ORR area. Big grocery store,Mall, Cinema, Hospital - all in 2 kms radius. Very easy access to public transport, cab, auto. Yet, in a very quiet place - adjacent to DRDO forest. Air, light - Very well ventilated.
As such nothing but it's 14 yrs old property. It is not a high rise of todays but just G+4 structure.
