I have considered renting an apartment in Sunrise Glory because of the strategic location, and sound road connectivity. It is located close to industrial areas and major employment hubs, creating job opportunities for the residents.

I think the upcoming metro connectivity will increase the demand of Sunrise Glory in the future. There are already several reputed hospitals like Fortis Hiranandani Hospital, Reliance Hospital, etc. close to the building.

Sunrise Glory is a very convenient building for me because it is only 6 Kms from Diva Junction on the central line and provides a link to the North, Western and Konkan railway.

I have considered Sunrise Glory in Shilphata, Navi Mumbai, because it has 100% power backup, and therefore, we have never experienced power cuts. Furthermore, the rental price of this apartment is quite affordable.

I have bought an apartment here, and it is well-maintained, clean and green with a landscape area and terrace garden. It has enough space to accommodate a small family, but not ideal for big families.
