Good things here
The society offers cab services, and malls and markets are conveniently close by. Maintenance is reliable, ensuring regular water supply and a power backup facility. Hygiene standards are well-maintained, with timely paintings and waterproofing. Construction quality is satisfactory, without any seepage or plaster-related issues. Security measures are effective, and balconies are provided for each unit. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and in good working condition. The environment is safe, and residents are well-educated and decent.
Things need improvement
Transport options like autos, metro, and buses aren't available near the society. The road quality isn't great either, and the water quality is below standard.

Good things here
Pillars and build quality is really strong as till now there is no issues regarding seepage or cracks and pop. Rooms are spacious and well designed attached with balcony. All the modern amenities are available in the society and each amenites are spacious and well maintained. bacholers are allowed in the society and people over here are coperative and friendly. There are good schools and hospitals near by the society even local transport is easily approachable in the society.
Things need improvement
Roads around the society needs improvement as the roads are under developed which is inconvenient for the residents. during rainy season water logging issues are also there on the outer road. The major drawaback of the society is entrance road is still not clear and accessable for residents as there are disputed between builder and landlord of the building property. Earlier wall and fiiting were not good in the flats so chaged all the fittings of the unit. lift are also not functional sometime and maintenace charges are also high in the society. BMC water is bounded by time and not suffiecient for the residence. Security is average my gate is available but gaurds sents people without approaval as well.

Good things here
Basic market for shopping & grocery was there near the society. There was no seepage/leakage there in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse and gym were there in the society.
Things need improvement
I was staying in the mentioned society few years ago. Maintenance mein issues tha, water issues the, water supply was not adequate. Tanker aata tha paani ke liye. Connectivity mein apni vehicle ho toh sahi hai, warna public transport ke liye 10 minutes walk karke door jaana padhta tha, bus auto ya rickshaw ke liye. No rickshaw stand was there nearby.

Good things here
There are good schools and hospitals near by the society even auto and cabs are easily available around the society. Build quality was really good as there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage,walls were also strong as there was cracks and pop issues in the units. All the mdoern amenities were avaialble in teh society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc in the society and society is highly maintained and charges also reasonable in the society. All the festivals are celebrated and people are veru friendly and coperative.
Things need improvement
There were disputes between the landlord of the property where building is build and the builder which was very much annoying and disturbing thing around the society. Security system is poor as gaurds sent anybody randomly in the society. Amenities were chargable for bacholers in the society

It's a beautifully designed Residential property that's sure to wow. Well-built roads, homes along with complete cleanliness are the main features of this project. Security and safety of the residents are never compromised as there are CCTV cameras, security guards, and street lights alongside the road, and police patrolling is regularly done. The lush green parks and other amenities are available just inside the premises which are very good things.

Aside from economic opportunities, the city is luring students for graduate or post-graduate programs. the connectivity is good enough so that you can book a cab or taxi anytime to reach anywhere as it is well connected to the major roads. Security and safety are taken care of well because the professional security guards as well the installed CCTV cameras make sure that your family is always safe. Especially, the amenities are reachable within a few minutes.

Pune International Airport is about 21 kilometers away. It is a well-constructed project with a peaceful and clean environment, nicely built homes, and lots of greenery. Roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in a few minutes only. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time but sometimes there is a regular traffic problem which might pinch you.

Pebbles Urbania is a meticulously planned Pune project located in a great position of Bavdhan. Everything is good in this project right from the well-constructed roads to the safety of the residents along with the amenities such as grocery shop, gym, pool, jogging tracks, etc. Street lights are there alongside the roads hence you can walk around freely even during the night without any fear. There are no safety issues because of CCTV cameras and security officials who are always attentive.

The home build-up quality is very high and does not require maintenance in long term. Everything is available within a walking distance like there are green parks, gyms, ATMs, grocery shops, and other facilities. The inside roads are well developed and lit during the night. Also, there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere. Thanks to the professional and advanced security personnel you always feel safe and secured.
