The convenient connectivity with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities like shops, schools, hospitals, and supermarkets makes life easier for everyone. Good road conditions, functional streetlights, and ample parking space further contribute to the convenience and safety of the area. The presence of security guards and CCTV cameras throughout the society enhances safety and security, providing peace of mind for residents. It's also great to hear that elevators are properly maintained for everyone's convenience. The prompt resolution of issues reflects efficient management and a proactive community. With decent and educated residents, as well as organized cultural festivals and events, your society fosters a sense of community and belonging.
Things need improvement
In my society, the amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse aren't working at the moment, which is disappointing. Additionally, we're facing seepage, leakage, and dampness issues, which can be quite concerning for the structural integrity of the buildings and our health. Another issue we're dealing with is irregular garbage collection, which is causing sanitation problems and making our surroundings less pleasant.

Things need improvement
The inconvenience of the metro station being far from the society disrupts residents' commuting ease. Having to rely on cabs or autos for a 5 km journey adds to both time and expense, posing a significant inconvenience to daily routines. This lack of proximity to public transportation could deter potential residents seeking convenience and accessibility.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society was great,local transport facilities were easily available. society was very well maintained,neat clean and hygenic surrounding. high security system has been provided. every owner has allocated parking space.
Things need improvement
This society does not consist of modern amenities like swimming pool,club house,garden etc,there is only one kids play area. Allocatde visitors parking has not been provided. Water supply issues were there in the society.
