The location is pretty good with business area nearby. Sheth Avante is a specious ready-to-move project developed. The project provides well-planned 2 and 3 BHK homes with great facilities such as a swimming pool, jogging track, gym, indoor games, kids play area, clubhouse, landscape garden, power back up, and others.

Project is stuck since and No construction done yet. Builder is completely unprofessional. I don't think i will ever get my booked flat. This is completely unprofessional from the developer. Waiting for some positive news.

This is under construction project possession and we will get the possession by 2024, with all modern amenities like swimming pool, Club House, Security power Backup, Lift security, visit Car parking, Reserved Car kids play area, Gymnastics, maintenance staff CCTV camera indoor Game Outdoor game, etc.

Location is near the entire best mall, market, school, station, hospital and other complex. All shopping malls, MNCs, commercial complexes, hospitals, schools, colleges, cafes, hangouts, restaurants, stores and pubs are nearby. Got the best value for my money as I feel now
