Our homes are well-ventilated and free from termite issues, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Each resident benefits from designated parking, and community rules are diligently followed to maintain order and harmony. Regular garbage collection, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, contributes to a clean and sustainable environment. We enjoy uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring that our daily routines are never disrupted. Modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, providing excellent facilities for fitness and social gatherings. Our community is particularly vibrant and friendly, with neighbors who are always willing to lend a hand and celebrate festivals together, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie. Security is also a priority, with elevators installed for convenience and a security guard available around the clock.
There are several issues that need attention within the society. The ongoing construction in the surrounding area makes the roads difficult to navigate. The elevators are not well maintained and frequently malfunction. The construction quality of the buildings is poor, with cracks on the walls and persistent seepage problems. The gym is very basic, small, and lacks proper equipment. Additionally, there are no CCTV cameras for security, which is a significant concern. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the living experience in the society.

Residents enjoy the convenience of allocated owner's parking, available both in the basement and open spaces. The rooms are designed to standard size specifications, catering to individual preferences. Balconies provide residents with fresh air and proper ventilation. The community actively participates in various functions and festivals, fostering a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. A continuous water supply ensures residents' comfort, and the crowd is known for being supportive and helpful to one another. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it accessible for all residents, including bachelors. A unique feature of this society is its proximity to a film city, attracting actors and individuals associated with the film industry as tenants. The society's connectivity to the highway adds to its appeal, while the allowance of pets, with proper regulations in place, accommodates furry companions�for�residents.
The build quality is not up to the mark. There were many problems with leakages in this society initially, but maintenance and renovations have since resolved some of these issues. Specifically, leakages in the washroom area are very frequent. The society does not have a swimming pool or allocated visitor parking. In terms of amenities, there is only a small gym and a small playground. The B wing is still under construction, so the amenities are not in good condition. Maintenance needs improvement, especially because the ongoing construction work makes it inconvenient for residents to move around�the�society.

I appreciate the designated parking for each resident, ensuring convenience and orderliness. Moreover, the regular collection and segregation of garbage into wet and dry waste contribute to a clean environment. The reliable 24/7 water and electricity supply ensure that our daily routines are not disrupted. Additionally, the installed and well-maintained lifts make movement within the buildings easy. The construction quality is commendable, with proper ventilation enhancing the overall living experience. Overall, these facilities have significantly contributed to making my stay in this society comfortable and enjoyable.
The facilities in this society are generally good but there are some areas that could use improvement. Due to ongoing construction, the roads and street lights are not up to standard, which causes inconvenience. Additionally, frequent issues with seepage and termites detract from the overall living experience. The amenities, although partially available, are not well-maintained as they are still under construction. Another drawback is the unfriendly behavior of some neighbors, who tend to argue over minor issues, creating tension in the community. Moreover, the lack of CCTV cameras poses security concerns. Also the absence of the society name displayed at the entrance makes it difficult for visitors to locate the place. The construction quality of our society is excellent, as we do not face issues such as seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Additionally, sunlight streams into my flat, and ventilation is exceptional, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Our society is meticulously maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene practices upheld. Garbage collections are conducted promptly, ensuring cleanliness throughout the premises. Furthermore, we do not experience any water supply or major electricity issues. The drainage system is efficient, and waterlogging problems are non-existent within the society. Additionally, our lift is operational and well-maintained, providing convenience for all residents. CCTV surveillance is available and functions properly, enhancing our security measures. We have a robust security system in place, with security guards on duty and the use of security apps for added safety. Moreover, the community spirit thrives within our society, with residents being friendly, cooperative, and actively participating in cultural events and festivals together.
We face challenges with limited public transport options, and nearby grocery stores and markets are scarce, posing some inconvenience for residents. Additionally, essential facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and play area for kids are lacking in our society. These shortcomings may impact the convenience and recreational options available to residents.

The apartment boasts excellent build quality with no infrastructure issues detected so far. The rooms are spacious with adequate ventilation. The gym and park are well-maintained by the diligent maintenance team. Grand celebrations of functions and festivals contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere, with cooperative residents. Continuous water and electricity supply ensure residents' comfort, while safety is prioritized with 24-hour guard presence at the entrance. Cleanliness is maintained throughout the society, with routine cleaning of all areas by dedicated housekeeping staff. Additionally, parking is allocated for residents'�convenience.
Connectivity is a problem in the society. There is no metro station nearby, the railway station is far away, and auto-rickshaws are not easily accessible due to heavy traffic. The quality of roads outside the society is poor, with ongoing construction making them narrow and causing traffic congestion. Additionally, the society does not have a swimming pool. The electricity bill is usually high, particularly for my flat, prompting me to complain to Tata. CCTV coverage is not comprehensive, as cameras are not installed�in�all�areas.

During my time living there, some parts of the society were still under construction, and there wasn't a standout feature that stood out about the society. However, the locality was excellent, and the society was easily accessible to public transport facilities, which was the main reason for choosing to live there. The society was well-maintained, neat, and clean. Security measures were in place with guards present, and while parking was available, it was open parking, which still proved to be sufficient. The residents were cooperative, friendly, and there was no discrimination between owners and tenants in the society, creating a harmonious living�environment.
The metro is far away from the society. The build quality is not great, with footings and other aspects being of very poor quality. Despite being a new construction, there were problems with leakages and seepages, suggesting that the materials used and the provisions made for building were�not�adequate.

When we lived there, we could easily book cabs online from the society, and parking was adequate for us. Garbage collection was reliable, done daily, and we didn't experience any power cuts. Ventilation was excellent, and because it was a new construction, we didn't have any problems with seepage. The residents were decent and added to our positive experience living there.
Local autos were not readily available near the society, and there was no underground parking available. Ongoing construction work resulted in a lot of dirt and debris within the society premises. Flats had significant issues with rats and ants. Additionally, there were no modern amenities available, and the limited number of lifts often led to long waits, especially during office hours.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of public transport, as it was near the main road. Schools and hospitals were close by. Temples were also close by. Maintenance quality was also fine with no water supply and logging issues. The hygiene was taken care of. The parking lot in the basement was provided. Construction quality was good with fine infrastructure with no seepage and plaster related issues. Balconies were provided. CCTVs and security guards were present.
Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not available at that time. As society was under construction. The rent was really high. Residents didn't interact much with each other.

While interactions among residents may be limited, overall, my experience in the society has been positive.
Overall, the society boasts several positive aspects, but there's room for improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The absence of a clubhouse or gym stands out as an area that could be enhanced. However, aside from these points, the society is satisfactory.

Connectivity is good; autos, buses, everything is available. The roads outside the society are also good, and there are lights at night. There is no issue of leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available and in good condition. Pets are allowed, and bachelors are allowed in the society. Greenery is improving and developing. Ventilation in flats is good, and sunlight comes in. Water is available 24*7.
The residents are not very cooperative. The maintenance of the society is not up to the mark, and cleanliness is not maintained consistently. Maintenance charges are high considering the maintenance provided. The lifts are not well-maintained.
