I had high expectation from project. Did not completely fulfill them. Problem with power supply although backup is there, maintenance problem remains and no network sometimes which may pose issue for those working from home. Location is good but public transportation not much available. Nursery, laundry and other helpful service is also present. The club house is huge and another good thing is that property price has appreciated here. So all in all I am satisfied but some issues still need ironing out. Safety-wise you will face no problems.

ATM, cafeteria, security, parking, doctor on call, on-site nursery, medical center, and what not. Location is developing but major highways are near along with petrol pumps, hospitals and schools. Yet, public transport is not always available. Electricity comes and goes but thank god backup is there. Mobile tower is an issue and so is maintenance.

Mahaveer palatium has offered a mixed aspect to buyers. This is a reputed developer and they have lived up to reputation. Location is very good if you are working from home like I am, then you will face issue with mobile network. Connectivity is fluctuating. Electricity does come and go and public transport is hard to get since it is still developing area. But lots of natural beauty that you can admire. Maintenance has to be better though. Overall area safety is decent but some waterlogging during monsoons.

I am liking Mahaveer palatium for some specific reason- area is safe, project has 100% power backup which is needed since electricity keeps coming and going here, lots of open space and natural beauty and excellent amenities and more. However, maintenance is an issue and so is network connectivity. Last aspect poses difficulty with working from home at times. Public transport is not always available. You basically need a car to survive and flourish here.
