Good things here
There was no issue of leakage or seepage in the society. The residents were cooperative. The lifts were well-maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. The flat had good ventilation and received sunlight. Security was good.
Things need improvement
There were no autos or any public transport available near the society. The roads outside the society were also in very bad condition. There were no modern amenities in the society. Festivals were not celebrated because I lived there during the COVID-19 period.

Auto cabs are easily accessible near the society, and there are schools and hospitals at a reasonable distance. Speaking of the apartment's build quality, it was good with no issues like leakage or seepages. The society provided ample parking space for owners and visitors, which was sufficient for residents. All amenities such as gym, park, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available and well-maintained by the society's maintenance team. Additionally, there were multiple malls and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a very calm and peaceful environment with minimal pollution, and cleanliness was maintained with daily garbage collection. CCTV cameras were installed in all areas, and guards were stationed at each entrance for security. People in the society were also very helpful and cooperative during�that�time.

One of the significant drawbacks of this society is the lack of easily accessible public transport facilities, such as a railway station and metro, which are far away. However, there are bus services available near�the�society.

While it's unfortunate that the nearby Metro station is still under construction, it's great to know that it will soon be available, providing even more convenient transportation options for the residents. As for the CCTV cameras, increasing their numbers could indeed enhance security further and provide better coverage of the community.

Amanora Park Town in Pune stands out as a superbly constructed area. The Neo Towers within Amanora have centralized society management, ensuring everything is well-maintained, from amenities like swimming pools and gyms to necessities like parking. The infrastructure and amenities provided are excellent. Nearby, there's the Magarpatta IT hub, Kharadi, and the Solapur highway, making it convenient. The gym, swimming pool, and the overall environment are well-maintained, offering a pleasant living experience. Plus, there are two luxurious malls nearby for shopping. This town covers all our basic needs with its comprehensive facilities.
Things need improvement
The security boom barriers often malfunction and require manual assistance from the guard. The placement of the children's play area isn't ideal; it's small. Additionally, there are no shops within the society, and because it's close to the mall, traffic jams occur frequently, especially during office hours and in the evening.

The society was noted for its cleanliness, hygiene, and the celebration of cultural events. The security measures were effective in ensuring safety and maintaining order within�the�society.

The railway station is located far away from the society, and there is no metro available in the area. Additionally, frequent issues with leakage and seepage have occurred, necessitating costs to address�these�problems.

During my time there, the residents were not very friendly, as they never interacted with or approached me. Additionally, the connectivity is only average, which could be improved to make commuting easier for residents.

I used to live there in 2021 before I moved to Bangalore for my job. The society is overall very nice. The maintenance is good, and the construction is solid. The connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. All the necessary amenities are available, making it a comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
While living there, I faced a major issue with cockroaches, they were everywhere, which was an issue. Apart from that, everything else was great. The society is well-maintained, and the construction is good. The connectivity is great, and the neighbourhood is friendly. All the amenities are available, but the cockroach problem really needs to be addressed.
