Good things here
I'm really impressed with the maintenance services in our society. Everything from plumbing and electrical work to garbage collection is handled efficiently and on time, which helps keep our surroundings clean and well-maintained. One of the best parts about living here is the amazing people in our community. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Having amenities like a swimming pool and clubhouse right here in our society is fantastic. It gives us plenty of options for recreation and relaxation without having to leave the premises. And let's not forget about the excellent connectivity around our society. It's so convenient to have easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around whenever we need to.
Things need improvement
It's concerning to see some significant challenges within our society. The issue with the sea beach affecting various areas is troubling, as it could potentially compromise the safety and integrity of our buildings and infrastructure. Additionally, the condition of the roads due to ongoing construction work is causing inconvenience and posing safety risks for residents, particularly with traffic congestion and waterlogging. I strongly believe that having a playground for children is essential for their well-being and overall development.

Fortunately, there have been no power cuts due to the backup system in place, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. The lifts are well-maintained and provide reliable access to different floors. Effective security measures enhance the safety and security of the living environment for residents. The swimming pool and gym facilities are available and maintained to high hygiene standards, providing residents with opportunities for recreation and fitness. Although the locality is decent, it is not situated on a main road, offering quieter surroundings compared to more centrally located areas.
Things need improvement
There is a seepage issue within the property that needs immediate attention to prevent further damage and ensure a dry living environment for residents.

Good things here
Near the society, transportation options are convenient, with easy access to public transport. Maintenance services, including cleaning and garbage collection, are provided regularly. The construction quality is good, without any issues like wall cracks or leaks. Residents have access to amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The community is friendly and celebrates all festivals together. Parking space is also allocated for residents.
Things need improvement
Currently, road construction is underway, but apart from that, there are no other major issues that could be considered as negative factors related to the society.

Good things here
The roads are okay, parking is available, auto and cab availability is easy, garbage segregation is done, the lift is functional, there is no shortage of water or electricity, ventilation is good, there are no cracks, and the society has a gym, clubhouse, play area, CCTV cameras, and security. Neighbors are cooperative.
Things need improvement
The concrete work on the main road is taking time, the paint has only been done once since the society was built, the playing area is small, and there is no space for further development as the society is 10 years old.

Good things here
Ola and Uber are available for online booking to the society. The society has all modern amenities, and the residents are cooperative. Cleanliness was maintained, and there were no power cut issues as backup was available for the flats as well. Parking was sufficiently allocated for both residents and visitors, and water was available 24/7.
Things need improvement
The society is located a bit inside, so local transport is not easily accessible. While there were no leakage or seepage issues in my flat, there were some issues in other flats.

Good things here
Ola is available, local autos can be used, parking for visitors is available (though limited), garbage segregation is done, ventilation is fine, the amenities are good with a gym, play area, basketball court, and swimming pool, and the people are good.
Things need improvement
Visitor parking is very limited, the lift frequently malfunctions and people get stuck, requiring reinstallation and repair, the construction is poor with many flats having damaged fall ceilings, and the play area is not suitable for outdoor games.

Good things here
I like the society because it is very well-maintained with good maintenance facilities. The connectivity is pretty good with all public transport available nearby. All amenities like gym, swimming pool, and park are available in the society. All neighbors are very friendly.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is very poor. I have faced issues like seepage and leakage a lot. The construction quality needs to be improved.

The society has excellent connectivity with easily accessible public transportation options nearby. The roads outside the society are in good condition, and there are no water logging issues. Maintenance services seem to be efficient, ensuring cleanliness throughout the society. It's also great to hear that there are no significant issues with water supply and electricity, with 24/7 availability, along with the presence of power backup facilities. Additionally, having spacious parking space adds to the convenience for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is average, with recurring issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Additionally, there are separate charges for using amenities, indicating that they are not included in the standard maintenance fees and residents need to pay extra to access them.

Good things here
This society is really good place to live as the connectivity is just top notch and the airport is just close by the society. Local transport facilities are easy to approach near by the society. All the modern amenities are available in the society and everything is fully functional. Quality of the construction is really great as such there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenace facilities of the apartment can be improve regarding the amenities in the society. Visitors parking is not available in the society. Power back up is limited to common areas only.
