I am extremely pleased with the living conditions. The proximity of Suyogni Vidya School is a significant advantage, making daily commutes for students convenient and hassle-free. Autos and cabs are easily available, and the nearby metro station adds to the accessibility. The cleanliness and maintenance of our society are commendable. Garbage is collected on time, and we face no issues with leakage or seepage, ensuring a healthy living environment. The availability of a gym and a ground for kids is a fantastic addition, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for all age group. Our neighbors are incredibly helpful and supportive, making this society not just a place to live but a place to thrive.
As a resident of our society, while I am generally satisfied with the facilities and amenities available, I do have a significant concern regarding the absence of a swimming pool. Despite having a gym and a playground for kids, the lack of a swimming pool is a notable drawback. Adding a swimming pool would greatly enhance the overall living experience and provide a much-needed recreational option for everyone in the society.

Regular waste collection is provided, and markets, hospitals, and schools are in the area. A security officer is on duty at all times, and the neighbors in the community are modest and cordial. There is parking assigned to each resident, and the elevators are maintained and serviced. Good-quality plaster and fixtures abound, and contemporary features like a clubhouse and gym are accessible and kept up to date. There is a consistent supply of water, good construction quality, no termite or seepage problems, and adequate ventilation.
The society offers a great community experience with everything well-managed. I have not faced any problems during my time here. The efficient management ensures that all aspects of living are taken care of, making it a pleasant place to reside.

Roads are well-maintained, and street lights function effectively. Rooms within the society are properly ventilated. Residents are understanding and friendly, with no issues related to pets. Security measures and lift operations are also reliable.
The road quality is average, with ongoing construction contributing to frequent traffic issues and congestion in the area. Random parking of cars on the roads exacerbates the situation. Inside the society, there is a lack of guest parking facilities. The maintenance charges are deemed excessive by residents. Unfortunately, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and play area are not available. Occasionally, maintenance issues arise, but they are typically resolved in due course.

Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options nearby. Malls and Market are available close by. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available. Maintenance quality is good with regular water supply and cleanliness. The parkings are alloted. The neighbourhood is friendly and celebrates all festivals together. There are no water logging issues. Balconies are also provided. Greenery can be noticed.
Autos are not easily available nearby. There are some Mobile network issues. There might be snakes in society.

It is a good project in Wagholi for investment purpose. There is a 60-metre wide road touching the property, along the Wagholi-Lohegaon Road. It is well-connected with all other areas.
