Good things here
The society has good connectivity with auto, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and no traffic issues. Maintenance is good with lifts, cleaning, garbage collection, and issues solved on time. The neighborhood is friendly and people interact well. Basic society , small houses are there .
Things need improvement
There is seepage and cracks in the construction. The society lacks a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs. There are noise issues in the neighborhood.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Water supply is good in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are avilable. Street dog issues are not faced inside the society.
Things need improvement
The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Garbages collection is not done on time. Drainage system is not good and it is not cleaned properly. Lift is not avilable in the society. CCTV is not available in the society.

Good things here
Earlier, public transport like auto rickshaws and buses was only available just outside the society gate. The quality of roads was poor before but has improved now. Festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated.
Things need improvement
There was a large Muslim community in the society, and sometimes disputes between children escalated to involve their entire families in arguments. During heavy rains, there was often waterlogging. Malls, markets, hospitals, and schools were far away, taking about 20 minutes by bus. There were no modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, or garden. Issues like seepage, leakage, and dampness were common, and ventilation was adequate but not excellent. Cleaning and maintenance were not very good and needed improvement. Maintenance of lifts and CCTV cameras was average. There was parking available for bikes but not allotted parking for cars.

The amenities are decent, and the maintenance is average, ensuring a reasonably comfortable living environment. Connectivity is also fair, making it relatively easy to get around. Overall, it provides a good living experience, especially considering the low accommodation cost.
Things need improvement
However, the society has some drawbacks. The construction quality is below average, which can affect the overall comfort and durability of the living spaces. While maintenance and amenities are just average, the lower-class status of the area might not appeal to everyone. Despite the helpful and kind nature of the residents, these factors could detract from the overall living experience.

Good things here
The Constructions of buildings are good. People of the society were very kind and helping nature. There was a park for the children. Connectivity was good people who go to the work regularly have the facilities of public transport like car, bus auto and taxi Gorcery shops, schools and hospitals are nearby. There was no problem of communication or network issue in this society. The parking area is very big for the people who have their own vehicle does not find any issue of parking. Cultural events like diwali, holi and durga puja were celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Area was not so good. There was no amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse and gym. Sometimes due to heavy rainfall there was the problem of seepage and lekage in the society.

Good things here
The society enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, partly due to the presence of a temple within its premises. Additionally, schools and markets are conveniently located nearby, and access to local transportation is readily available. Moreover, there are no reported issues regarding the construction quality.
Things need improvement
The building lacks hygiene, with the maintenance team only cleaning the stairs and corridors once a week. Many residents are tenants who don't frequently interact with each other. Modern amenities like lifts, gardens, and gyms are absent, and the buildings lack balconies. Additionally, parking facilities for residents are inadequate.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good, the main road is 2 km away, and rickshaws are available. There are no maintenance or cleanliness issues, due to the cooperative management. Hygiene is well-maintained, and the construction quality is satisfactory, with no seepage or termite issues in the walls. There is a lift and an open space. People are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated, with the option to pay and get involved.
Things need improvement
Waterlogging exists outside the society, and drainage is present on every 5th floor. The common washroom has some seepage issues, and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity, with autos, buses, railways, hospitals, and markets nearby. There is no issue of leakage or seepage in the flat. The residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals. There are no issues with water supply and cleanliness in the society.
Things need improvement
Since the society is a standalone building, there are no modern amenities available. Seventy percent of the residents have parking, but thirty percent do not. There is no traffic near the society, but there is a need for a speed breaker outside the society as many people drive at high speeds. The lifts sometimes have issues.

The railway station was just a 10-minute walk away, and there were plenty of public transport options like autos and buses nearby. The neighborhood had malls, markets, schools, colleges, and everything you need within easy reach. The society was well-maintained with regular garbage collection, and the lifts and CCTV were well taken care of. It offered modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and gardens.
Things need improvement
However, there were issues in the society, such as frequent leaks. My flat was on the ground floor, so there was poor ventilation and inadequate sunlight.
