There are convenient transportation options with auto-rickshaws and cabs readily available near the society. Additionally, having a nearby market for easy access to essential goods and services is a great advantage for residents. The absence of traffic and waterlogging issues around the society is commendable, contributing to a hassle-free living environment. With power backup available, residents don't face major electricity issues, and functional lifts add to the convenience. Moreover, the good drainage system and well-maintained amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse enhance residents' quality of life. The community spirit is evident through the celebration of cultural festivals and events together, fostering a friendly and cohesive neighborhood.
Things need improvement
Water supply and garbage collection issues can significantly affect residents' daily lives and hygiene standards. The structural problems, like debris from upper floors dirtying balconies, are inconvenient and disruptive. Issues arising after maintenance was handed over to the society indicate a need for better management and oversight. Tenants are not allowed to use amenities and that they are insufficient compared to the size of the society. Moreover, poor construction quality leading to seepage, leakage, and plaster issues poses potential health and safety risks. Non-functional CCTV cameras and security issues further exacerbate residents' concerns about safety and security. It's essential for these issues to be addressed promptly and effectively to ensure a comfortable and secure living environment for all residents. Consider discussing these concerns with the society management or relevant authorities to find solutions and improvements.

Good things here
The society has a very great connectivity with the area nearby as public transports such as autos , cabs , buses are easily available nearby the society and the quality of roads is also good . The maintenance team of the society is also good all the things like lifts, gardens are maintained over proper period of time . The society is well constructed with proper ventilation . The neighbours are also friendly making it a happy and peaceful place to live in . The society provides you all the modern amenities like swimming pool , gym , clubhouse , gardens etc. which makes it more enjoyable to settle in the society .
Things need improvement
Overall a great society but it sometimes face leakage issue during the rainy season which can be easily solved by the maintenance team so its noting to worry about that too .

Good things here
The maintenance are good. Lift and elevators are well maintained. The constructions of buildings are also good. There is a park for the children. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms and clubhouse are available. There was no problem of communication or network issue in this society. The parking area is very big for the people who have their own vehicle does not find any issue of parking. Connectivity is very good. Gorcery shops, schools and hospitals are nearby. There is no issue of seepage and leakage. Cultural events like diwali, holi durga puja and ganesh chaturthi were celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Mosquitoes were the major problem in the society. Cctvs camera were not working properly. Security needs to be improve. children also facing so much problem when they play outside .

Good things here
The society has nice, friendly, and humble neighbours. It is well-connected with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are good, and regular garbage collection is done with wet and dry garbage segregation. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, providing easy access to essential services. There is regular electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, and the apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting.
Things need improvement
The only drawback of living here is the poor maintenance and care of amenities like the gym and swimming pool. Initially, everything was good, but now these facilities are closed and not operational at all. Other than this, everything is great.

The maintenance is excellent, and the construction quality is solid with no issues. Connectivity is great with easy access to Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming, and all amenities are available, making life convenient and enjoyable. T. his society is peaceful and well-managed
Things need improvement
There is no gym, and the construction is just average and not that good. But, everything else is good. Connectivity is fine, maintenance is well-handled, and the neighbourhood is friendly. Amenities are available except for the gym, overall it a decent place to live.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative. The parking lot is provided and spacious.
Things need improvement
Roads near the society are quite narrow and some traffic issues can be noticed. Sometimes water logging issues can also be seen on roads with potholes. Construction quality is average with occasional seepage issues.
