The roads are in excellent condition, and street lights are well-maintained, ensuring safe and well-lit surroundings. Maintenance services in the society are exemplary, resulting in a clean and well-kept environment for residents. Garbage collection is conducted punctually, contributing to the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the community. Rooms in the society are properly ventilated, providing a comfortable living environment for residents. Furthermore, elevators function smoothly and are maintained on a timely basis, ensuring convenient vertical transportation for all residents. CCTV cameras are also operational, enhancing security measures within the society.
It's unfortunate that amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area are not available in the society. The frequent seepage and leakage issues, coupled with poor construction quality and weak walls, are concerning and can significantly impact the structural integrity and livability of the community. Limited community events and festivals due to the small population size can lead to a lack of social interaction and community bonding. We prioritize cleanliness with regular garbage collection and segregation. With round-the-clock water supply, residents never have to worry about access to water. Our tight-knit community fosters a warm and friendly atmosphere, where neighbors come together to celebrate festivals, promoting a strong sense of belonging. The security system is excellent, with user-friendly controls, continuous surveillance, and 24/7 guard presence. The community is vibrant, with festivals and cultural events celebrated regularly. 24/7 water and electricvity supply is available in the society.
The society faces challenges with public transport accessibility, as the nearest metro station is 5 km away. The build quality appears to have issues such as leakage, seepage, and plumbing problems, which can be inconvenient. However, the maintenance team is actively addressing these infrastructure defects to resolve them promptly.

Autos and buses are easy to find nearby. There are no problems with leaks or dampness. The residents, mostly tenants, are respectful, and bachelors are welcome in the society. We have continuous water supply and well-maintained lifts. The society is clean, with daily garbage collection, and there's a designated walking area as well.
The metro station is quite far from our society. We don't have a garden, and our amenities are limited, which could be improved. Parking is also limited, and unfortunately, we don't have underground parking.

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

Flats do not experience any issues with leakage or seepage. Autos are readily available nearby for convenient transportation.
The society lacks modern amenities like a gym, garden, or play area. Additionally, there are no nearby bus stops for residents' convenience.
