The connectivity of the society is commendable, with public transportation options such as auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs available within walking distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants further enhance the convenience of daily life. The roads are in excellent condition, and street lights are well-maintained, ensuring safe and well-lit surroundings. Maintenance services in the society are exemplary, resulting in a clean and well-kept environment for residents. Garbage collection is conducted punctually, contributing to the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the community. Rooms in the society are properly ventilated, providing a comfortable living environment for residents. Furthermore, elevators function smoothly and are maintained on a timely basis, ensuring convenient vertical transportation for all residents. CCTV cameras are also operational, enhancing security measures within the society.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area are not available in the society. The frequent seepage and leakage issues, coupled with poor construction quality and weak walls, are concerning and can significantly impact the structural integrity and livability of the community. Limited community events and festivals due to the small population size can lead to a lack of social interaction and community bonding. Moreover, facing issues with the broadband network can be frustrating in today's digital age.

Our buildings are constructed with high-quality materials, ensuring no issues like seepage or termite infestation. Homes are thoughtfully designed for proper ventilation, well-plastered walls, and premium fittings. Each resident enjoys designated parking spaces, and community guidelines are strictly adhered to. We prioritize cleanliness with regular garbage collection and segregation. With round-the-clock water supply, residents never have to worry about access to water. Our tight-knit community fosters a warm and friendly atmosphere, where neighbors come together to celebrate festivals, promoting a strong sense of belonging. Elevators are well-maintained for accessibility, and safety is paramount with CCTV surveillance and 24/7 security guards ensuring peace of mind for everyone.
Things need improvement
There are a couple of areas that need attention within the society. Firstly, the recurring electricity outages are a recurring problem, especially without a power backup system in place. Installing one would go a long way in resolving this issue. Furthermore, the absence of modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse restricts residents' recreational options. By addressing these concerns, we can significantly elevate the overall living experience in the society.

It's reassuring to know that we don't face any seepage or leakage issues in our flats, contributing to a safe and secure living environment. Having access to 24*7 water supply and electricity is a huge relief, and I'm grateful for the well-maintained infrastructure in our society. The maintenance team does a commendable job, ensuring that our surroundings are clean and hygienic. Timely garbage collection further adds to the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our community.

While it's true that our society lacks amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, or playground, I still find it to be a comfortable and convenient place to live. We may not have these additional facilities, but we make up for it with other positive aspects, such as good connectivity, nearby shops and restaurants, and a well-maintained living environment.

Local transportation facilities like Ola, Uber, auto-rickshaws, and taxis are readily available. The society offers all amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, all of which are well-maintained and fully equipped. The issue resolution process is swift in this society. The security system is excellent, with user-friendly controls, continuous surveillance, and 24/7 guard presence. The community is vibrant, with festivals and cultural events celebrated regularly. 24/7 water and electricvity supply is available in the society.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges with public transport accessibility, as the nearest metro station is 5 km away. The build quality appears to have issues such as leakage, seepage, and plumbing problems, which can be inconvenient. However, the maintenance team is actively addressing these infrastructure defects to resolve them promptly.

Good things here
Autos and buses are easy to find nearby. There are no problems with leaks or dampness. The residents, mostly tenants, are respectful, and bachelors are welcome in the society. We have continuous water supply and well-maintained lifts. The society is clean, with daily garbage collection, and there's a designated walking area as well.
Things need improvement
The metro station is quite far from our society. We don't have a garden, and our amenities are limited, which could be improved. Parking is also limited, and unfortunately, we don't have underground parking.

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

According to him, all things are fine, he did not highlighted any issues in the society.

Good things here
The society provides ample parking for both residents and visitors. There is plenty of greenery, and water is available round-the-clock. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and residents are cooperative. Flats do not experience any issues with leakage or seepage. Autos are readily available nearby for convenient transportation.
Things need improvement
The society lacks modern amenities like a gym, garden, or play area. Additionally, there are no nearby bus stops for residents' convenience.

Good things here
Since the society is near Sona Road, it's easy to travel if you have a private car. Malls, markets, and parking areas are all well-built. Ventilation is excellent.
Things need improvement
During office hours, there's a lot of traffic jams, making it difficult to travel. It's far from the main road, so cabs often cancel. There are no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, or playground. Public transport is hard to find. Festivals are not celebrated.
