Lodha Palava City is a residential project by the Lodha Group in Dombivli East, Mumbai Beyond Thane. a project where you would find the best in class construction with all the amenities and facilities which are hard to find in other projects. The homes are built with complete care which can be noticed not just from inside but from outside also. Regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras, street lights, and lush greenery make this project more desirable. Shopping malls, schools, and colleges are in abundance.

We are living here for a few years now. The community standards are quite high. The internal staff manages the area well. My apartment has car parking, lift, common lobbies, and playing areas.

The premises have lifts and other amenities that make living more comfortable. It is a decent location with all of the necessary amenities such as shops, a gym, and ATMs. The connectivity is also good, and public transportation is easily accessible. Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are close by, and almost all types of cabs, such as Ola and Uber, arrive on time because there are no connectivity or traffic problems.
