With 40 security guards divided into 2 teams, the community is effectively monitored, ensuring a secure environment, while residents enjoy friendly interactions and support from their social circle. Festivals like New Year, Ugadi, and Diwali are celebrated together. Conveniently located within the community are supermarkets and grocery stores, while bus stops and milk dairies are nearby. The road quality is commendable, accompanied by functioning street lights and ample parking. Residents have access to various amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, squash court, lawn, kids' play area, walking track, clubhouse, and gardens. Maintenance includes frequent garbage collection, continuous water and electricity supply, and regular cleaning, ensuring a high standard of living. The construction quality provides proper ventilation and ample sunlight throughout the floors.
Things need improvement
Traffic issues are prevalent due to the proximity of the RTO office near the society, causing congestion and occasional delays for residents and commuters in the area.

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber autos. Maintenance is excellent in the society. Water facility is very good, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. However, garbage collection is not good; they collect dry and wet waste separately. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, kids play area, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are well-maintained in the society. Parking area is very spacious, and there is also a visitors' parking area. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. There are children's shops near the society within walking distance. Additionally, there is a Yashoda Hospital near the society, approximately 1 kilometer away, which is convenient for emergency healthcare needs.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Schools are far from the society, approximately within a 5-kilometer radius. There are traffic issues around the society. However, pollution is not present around the society.

The society boasts a well-maintained greenery, enhancing the peaceful atmosphere. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are all accessible and well-kept. Overall, it's a community known for its amicable residents and convenient facilities.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in the society are quite high, reaching up to 25000 per month, which could be a significant financial burden for residents. Additionally, the distance to hospitals, approximately 2-3 kilometers away, poses an inconvenience, especially during emergencies.

The parking area is a little congested, and there is no visitor parking available; visitors have to park outside the society. The construction quality is poor, with some leakage and seepage issues in the flats. Additionally, there are some external cracks in the walls, which is inconvenient.

The surroundings of the society is peaceful and proper greenery is maintained in the society. As the society is located near the main road the connectivity is also flawless as it's directly connected to elevated roads and public transport is also easily available. the construction quality of the building is also good as it is fairly a new society so there are no issues at all related to construction quality. maintenance of the society is also up to mark and proper cleanliness is maintained in the society. all the required amenities are availble in the society it self.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available in the locality. maintenance fee of the society is on the higher side as compared with other societies in the locality

Society's facilities are top-notch, including grocery shops, vegetable stalls, a medical shop, an ATM, a beauty parlor, and a salon. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, playground, badminton courts, a beautiful garden, and a temple are easily accessible within walking distance inside the community. Roads within the society are excellent, and maintenance facilities like regular water supply and good power backups are ensured. There is also good connectivity to nearby hospitals, clinics, restaurants, and the metro station, all within approximately 1km distance. Additionally, there is reliable security and high construction quality without any leakage issues.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is not great because there are no international schools, and there is also no movie theater.

Residing in this community for the past 8 years, I haven't encountered any issues with water leakage or seepage, owing to the excellent construction quality. The connectivity of this community is advantageous due to its prime location, with several amenities such as schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and shopping malls located within a 1 km radius. The community's amenities are also impressive, featuring a supermarket, ATM, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and tennis/badminton courts, all easily accessible. Moreover, the maintenance facilities are commendable, with the management committee promptly addressing any reported problems like electricity and plumbing with just a single phone call.
Things need improvement
The society has established a partnership with MY GATE, yet at times, the personnel from MY GATE are inactive and fail to perform their duties properly.
