Living in my apartment complex has been a delightful experience. One of the best features is the well-ventilated rooms that receive ample sunlight throughout the year, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I'm also impressed with the construction quality, as I haven't encountered any issues so far. We're fortunate to have access to various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids, all of which are meticulously maintained. The presence of CCTV cameras ensures security, along with attentive security guards who contribute to the overall safety of the community. Elevators are always in good working condition, and garbage collection is consistently punctual, contributing to the cleanliness and hygiene of the surroundings. The beautifully maintained gardens add a touch of greenery to the environment. Fortunately, we haven't experienced any water or electricity supply issues, and parking slots are properly allocated, making it convenient for residents like myself who travel by car. The road quality outside the society is excellent, preventing waterlogging, and the street lights function efficiently. The residents are friendly and sociable, often coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Additionally, the prime location of the society, with nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, adds to the convenience of daily life. Regular painting maintenance ensures that everything looks fresh and well-kept. The mobile network coverage is reliable, and it's wonderful that the society is pet-friendly, allowing residents to enjoy the company of their furry companions.

Some flats in the society experience seepage and leakage issues due to poor construction quality, which can be a significant problem for residents. Additionally, the roads around the society are not well-constructed, leading to waterlogging issues, particularly during rush hours. This creates difficulties for residents and visitors navigating through the area. Furthermore, stray dog problems are prevalent within the society's premises, posing potential safety concerns and inconvenience for residents.

The lifts operate smoothly, and essential utilities like water supply and electricity are consistently available round-the-clock, ensuring residents' comfort and convenience. Additionally, garbage collection is carried out promptly, contributing to a clean and hygienic environment. I'm particularly impressed by the absence of seepage and leakage issues in the flats, indicative of the high construction quality of the buildings. Moreover, the vibrant community spirit is evident through the celebration of festivals within the society. All necessary amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, are available within the society premises and are meticulously maintained for everyone's enjoyment. Things need improvement

There is a tyre factory very close to the society, for that the society is very heavily polluted at all times. The society is very good and maintained but because od the heavy pollution I would never recommend anyone to come in this society. Pets issues and fights happens a lot between owners and residents. People are not frieendly and cooperative.

Good things here

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. The location of the society is great, it's on the main road. The roads outside the society are in good condition. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. Building quality is good, The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony available. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Fire estinguisher is also available as safety features. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. Also open spaces and play area for kids are also available. neighbours are friendly and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together.

Sometimes traffic jams happens around the society during rush hours as the society is situated on the main road. Apart from that I have never faced any issues in this society that needs improvement.

Good things here

Living here is quite enjoyable for several reasons. Firstly, the connectivity is excellent, with various modes of public transport easily accessible. The roads are well-maintained, which adds to the convenience. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby is incredibly convenient. The construction quality is excellent, and I haven't encountered any seepage or termite issues. Proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings contribute to a comfortable living environment. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are diligently followed. Additionally, regular garbage collection with proper segregation is a plus. We have reliable electricity and water supply, and modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. The presence of elevators, CCTV cameras, and security guards adds to the sense of security in the community.

Things need improvement

The issue which I face is that since there are a significant number of non-pet owners, they have conflicts with pet owners, which creates tension within the community. As I am myself a pet owner this creates a challenging issue for me. This always affect the overall harmony and atmosphere of the neighborhood. Apart from this there is no issue in society.

The maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. Lifts are functional in the society. Paintings and water proofings are done on time. Drainage system is good in the society. The society has got amenities like swimming pool, club house and gym made inside the society. All the amenities are functional and kept well maintained. The neighbourhood of this society is very good and many events and festivals are celebrated together in this society.

There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. There are no additional stair case provided in terms of emergency and fire exits. The construction quality of the buildings is not good, seepage and leakage issues are seen in the buildings and bedroom areas.

Everything here is perfect. The construction is solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and the buildings are well-ventilated. All amenities are available, including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and club. The neighbourhood is friendly, and there are no issues with security or CCTV coverage. The main issue is the connectivity. The society is far from the city, making it difficult to access autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Other than that, everything else is perfect.

The monthly maintenance charges are Rs. 15000, but the facilities provided don't seem to justify this cost. The gardens are particularly poorly maintained, which is a major concern for residents.
