Good things here

Connectivity is good around the society, public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available around the society. The security is very strict and security guards are properly functional. Parking is very strict, if parking chaos happens the society charges fine for that. Parking has to be done on designated spots. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. There are no seepage or leakage inside the buildings, the construction quality is good. The tower where I stay the flats are pretty spacious and ventilated. Water supply is available at all times. Inside the society there are no such water logging issues that happens The social life is good in the society, People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society Electricity issues are not faced, Power backup is available in the society. Amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained.

Other towers in the society are not ventilated those are very conjested. All amenities are not maintained properly. Maintenance needs to be improved.

The society is well-maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene standards upheld. Regular garbage collection and pest control are carried out on time. Additionally, balconies are available in the flats. Security is well-managed, with security guards available, CCTV cameras installed and functioning properly. The lifts are available and properly maintained. Other amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are provided and well-maintained. Cultural festivals and events are celebrated together, fostering a sense of community. Open space and basement parking options are available, and there are no issues with stray dogs in the area.

The maintenance charges are on the higher side, amounting to around 12k to 13k, which some residents may find burdensome. Additionally, there are occasional issues with water supply, causing inconvenience to residents at times.

Good things here

The location of the society is very good. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society at walkable distance. I have never faced any problems regarding garbage collection. Society is hygeinic and kept clean. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and works properly. Timely maintenance are done in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. there are no such water logging issues inside the society, society has got good drainage system. The People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced.

The society has got drainage problems, water pipes leaks at times which creates hassel for us. Water supply is sometimes not available. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society.

Good things here

The construction in the society is solid, without any seepage or leakage issues, and the connectivity is excellent with schools and hospitals nearby. There were no problems with waterlogging at that time. All amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available and well-maintained. Power cuts were rare, and cleanliness was well-maintained.

Things need improvement

As a tenant, I didn't have access to any facilities, as they were only available for owners, which was disappointing. Furthermore, there was no parking available for tenants, and no covered parking either, which was another drawback of the society.

Good things here

Auto,cabs were easy to approach near by the society even there is a local market near by the premises. All the amenities were available like swiiming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc in the society and everything was functional and well maintained. Security systems was very good and all the areas were under cctv survilance. 24/7 and guarded with security professionals. 24/7 Water and electricity supply was available in the society.

Quality of the construction was poor,there were many cracks inside the apartment and wall used to break due to cracks. There were many restriction for tenants to use amenities like tenants use to get less time to use amenities in the society. There was no as such socializing or community gatherings in the society.

Good things here

Managing committee was so attentive toward resident's issues. there were bachelor's and family both kind of resident but everyone used to celebrate all the festival together . swimming pool ,club house,kids play area,gym all the amenities were maintained and in working condition.

Things need improvement

Sometimes there were power cut issues. ev charging sockets were not provided. solar panel connection is given only for hot water. only common areas were alloted for power back facilities

Allocated parking was provided for resident and visitors.connectivity is top notch.neighbourhood was the best .women and men safety was priorities.build quality was good , extra charges were not taken from tenant to use any of there facilities.

Construction has become old,maintainance system of the society can be enhaced.society can add up more amenities.

Good things here

It's convenient that schools and hospitals were within walking distance, and the availability of cabs and auto facilities made transportation easy. The fact that bachelors were allowed without specific rules for them is also noteworthy.

Things need improvement

The high maintenance charges are a concern, especially considering the lack of transparency from the managing committee with residents. The building's age has led to various issues, including leakage and seepage problems. Additionally, the issue resolution process is inefficient, as residents often have to resort to private service providers for assistance.

Amenities like swimming pool club house kids play are very well maintained.surrounding is beautiful ,neat clean and hygenic environment.parking is allocated for resident and visitors.conectivity and build quality is great.

Good things here

Proper garbage disposal sytem has been adopted in the society to enhance the environment.build quality is great ,security sytem is commandable and strick towards rules.24/7 water and electricity supply available.amenities are very well maintained.

Things need improvement

Society has not provided power back facilities to resident ,they have alloted it to common areas only.
