As an ex-tenant, I really appreciated the connectivity of Vanya City to key landmarks like malls, hospitals, and IT hubs. The low traffic and availability of public transport made it convenient for residents to travel around the area. The social amenities were well-maintained, and the construction quality was top-notch, with sturdy walls and durable materials.
Things need improvement
I don't like the high congestion in the nearest location and the lack of good public transport options. Maintenance charges can be too high, leading to frequent issues that are frustrating for residents. Also, there are limited amenities and poorly maintained facilities, which is disappointing. Overall, while Vanya City has its upsides, there are areas that could be improved for a better living experience.

I really like Vanya City on Dwarka Expressway because it offers a unique opportunity to own land, with guidance from the helpful sales team. The project is by reputed developer Raheja, known for quality developments, and it is currently being constructed under the Deen Dayal Yojna. Additionally, the project includes a club facility, which adds to the amenities available to residents.
Things need improvement
I'm not too thrilled about the surrounding location of Vanya City. There have been concerns raised about investors not seeing returns on their investments in Raheja Krishna Housing since 2014, indicating potential issues with the developer. It's essential to investigate further before making any investment decisions in this project.

I'm not too pleased with the fact that the nearest location from the project is not ideal, and the maintenance charges are quite high. Additionally, it's disappointing to hear about issues with fraud and lack of progress in Raheja Krishna Housing, which raises concerns about investment safety.
