Good things here
The maintenance facilities were on point, keeping the society neat and clean. The amenities were not just good but also impressive, enhancing the overall experience.
Things need improvement
Getting to local transport from the apartment is quite challenging due to poor connectivity. Construction issues like cracks on the walls are apparent, and the rooms feel cramped and lack soundproofing. Additionally, the residents of the apartment aren't very social.

Good things here
The parking area is convenient with designated spaces for both visitors and residents. Connectivity and maintenance facilities are top-notch, and the build quality of the apartment is impressive. The overall environment is peaceful, making it a pleasant place to reside.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society lacks EV charging sockets, and there's a noticeable absence of power backup facilities, which can be inconvenient.

Good things here
Women's safety was a top priority with a robust security system in place. No extra charges for tenants to use amenities, and schools and hospitals are conveniently nearby. The managing committee is attentive to resolving resident's issues.
Things need improvement
The construction quality wasn't up to par, with issues like falling pop from walls. The units themselves had problems, like seepage in the kitchen area, indicating poor overall quality.

Good things here
This society boasts the best connectivity – whatever you need, you can get it easily, be it cabs, autos, schools, or hospitals. The atmosphere here is remarkably peaceful.
Things need improvement
The process for resolving issues could be improved, and there's room for enhancing maintenance facilities in the society. Overall, everything else in the society is pretty perfect.

Good things here
The roads around the society are in good shape, no problems during the rainy season. Power backup is available, and the amenities are very well maintained. We enjoy 24/7 water and electricity supply.
Things need improvement
There are no EV charging sockets within the campus, and unfortunately, they don't allow bachelors; only families are allowed to reside here.

Good things here
The amenities here are perfect and well taken care of, and the best part is, there are no extra charges for tenants. The crowd in the society is friendly and well-behaved. You'll find auto cabs easily near the society gate.
Things need improvement
The security system here tends to be a bit strict, always complaining about even small changes in your unit, and it feels like you need permission for everything. Also, the society's lift tends to act up a lot, especially during the morning hours.
