Local facilities, including accessible markets and reliable cab services when booked, contribute to the convenience of daily life. Water facilities are excellent, complemented by available power backup in the society. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups. The proximity of Manipal Hospital adds significant convenience for medical emergencies. The community hall in our society is a source of enjoyment, facilitating gatherings and events. Residents can celebrate various festivals such as New Year, Holi, and Ganesh Puja together, further enriching the communal spirit and enjoyment within our society.
Autos are not readily available in our society, often not arriving even when booked. The construction quality is acceptable, though there are some minor cracks in the buildings. Maintenance charges are high, totaling around 4000 rupees per month. Public transportation options are inconveniently located far away from the society, adding to residents' difficulties in commuting.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water availability is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; the municipality collects daily door-to-door steps. The greenery of the society is spacious. People are very friendly, well-educated, and respectable. We can celebrate all the events and cultural activities in every festival. Water facilities are very good. Facilities like shops, supermarkets, vegetable markets are also available within walking distance from the society.
Amenities like the club house are smaller in the society, otherwise, everything is good. Construction quality is not very good; there are some leaks in walls and sewage issues in bathrooms, which is inconvenient. Public transportation like buses is available within 1 km from the society, which is inconvenient.

Facilities nearby are not easily accessible in the society, making it very inconvenient. The traffic is congested, and even the windows cannot be opened, which is very inconvenient. There is a lack of green space in the society.

The society's maintenance is excellent; they really take care of the garden area, creating a peaceful atmosphere with lovely surroundings. The farmland around the area means there's minimal disturbance and pollution, which is great. The location is super convenient, with a bus stop, supermarket, vegetable market, and dairy all within 500 meters. The roads are in good condition, with functioning street lights and plenty of parking spaces. We haven't had any issues with water or electricity, and garbage collection/disposal is done frequently. The elevators are well-maintained and feel safe and secure. The construction is of good quality too, with no cracks on the walls. And to top it off, the people in the surrounding area are really friendly and cooperative.
Residents are expressing concern about the notably high maintenance charges in their society, as it imposes a financial burden on them.

The construction quality in the society is satisfactory, although there is potential for enhancement as some walls are beginning to exhibit signs of wear, appearing sandy and showing their age.

I moved out of the society, and during my time there, the connectivity was excellent. Hoodi Halt railway station is easily accessible within a 200-meter distance, while a bus stop is located around 500 meters away from the society. The nearest metro station is approximately 1 km from the society. Additionally, there are several supermarkets and schools within a 1 km radius. Maintenance facilities were top-notch, with regular cleaning and 24/7 water supply. Garbage collection was also carried out promptly. The construction of the buildings was excellent, having sturdy structures and good ventilation for the majority of the flats. The society offered a range of amenities for residents, including a gym, basketball court, badminton court, volleyball area, and a swimming pool. The environment within the society was peaceful and comfortable living.
There is a significant lack of proper security systems due to insufficient numbers of security guards. This issue should be addressed by increasing the number of guards and implementing high-quality CCTV systems.
