Good things here
It is a well maintained gated society with high security system. All basic facilities like clinic, vegetable vendors, a small supermarket, medical store, ATM, etc. are available with in the Complex. Ola, Uber vehicles can be booked which are easily available. Bus facilities are introduced from Society to Panvel Railway Station.
Things need improvement
The main railway station "Panvel" is almost 6 km away from away. Now Society has introduced bus services from Society via DMart, Reliance Surper Smart Bazar, market to Panvel railway station which is the main railway station.

Moreover, various amenities such as supermarkets, medical facilities, schools, and recreational areas are conveniently available within the society, enhancing the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
Some negatives impact the resident's experience. Issues such as poor road conditions outside the society, lack of metro connectivity, high maintenance charges, limited connectivity to main city areas, noise due to nearby construction, lack of unity among residents, network problems at heights, and dust and smoke from construction sites can be a cause of concern. Additionally, the society's distance from essential amenities like hospitals, schools, and markets, along with high prices at in-house shops, add to the resident's challenges. Overall, while the society offers a range of amenities and a safe living environment, certain connectivity and maintenance issues need attention to enhance the resident's experience.

Autos are readily available outside the society. Daily use items can be purchased from shops within the society. There is no leakage in the flat. The society has all modern amenities.
Things need improvement
In the society, bachelors are not treated well despite paying full rent. They are not allowed to use the amenities, and if visitors come to their homes, entry is granted only with the owner's permission, not just the tenant's permission. During festivals, loud music is played, but if bachelors have a celebration in their flat, it causes problems for the other residents, who complain about loud music and ask to stop it after 10 PM. The society is on the outskirts, and it takes 20-30 minutes to reach the main city. Because of this, auto drivers charge 150 rupees just to go to the station, which is very high. There is no market near the society, and there are seepage issues in the flat.

After the completion of the Sri. Atal Bihari Vajpayee Trans Habour Link, this area has become one of the best connected suburbs in the city. The big opportunity now is to not only benefit from the rapid development happening at Navi Mumbai (including the D. B. Patil International Airport) but also live just 60 - 70 minutes away from the heart of Mumbai. The project offers you beautiful green and open spaces. There are amenities like Gym, Kids Park, Tennis, Basket ball, Badminton etc. that will keep you and your family thoroughly engaged and entertained. Furthermore, the build quality is very good. The walls have an in-built structural design that gives it superior strength and durability. Which is why you will find that there is absolutely no seepage problems in the apartment. The connectivity is very good as well. The Somatane Railway Station is right behind the compound, so one can literally walk out of the station, right into the Indiabulls compound. Some of the key bus routes also stop a few meters outside the main gate of the society. There are recognized Hospitals and Schools just 10 to 15 minutes away. All in all, it is a very well appointed residential address. The apartment is brand new, as it hasn't been lived in as yet.
Things need improvement
There is nothing to dislike. This is the first phase of the development of a project spanning over 20 acres. The flat is available for ready possession, and all dues are paid up.
