Plus, the well-maintained swimming pool and ample parking space are definitely appealing features. Although there are some drawbacks, like poor wall materials and limited amenities, overall, the society offers a comfortable living experience.

The high maintenance charges, limited green area, and absence of a park are certainly noteworthy. Issues like poor construction quality, lack of metro connectivity, and high traffic jams are significant drawbacks impacting the overall experience. The absence of playgrounds and amenities like snooker tables and gym equipment, along with challenges related to air pollution from nearby factories, add to the list of concerns. Addressing these issues could greatly improve the quality of life for residents.
