Good things here
The society offered allocated parking spaces for both owners and visitors. Schools and hospitals were conveniently located nearby, with easy access to local transport. The society was exceptionally well-maintained, with functional and well-equipped amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Cleanliness standards were top-notch. Additionally, parking was allowed for both tenants and visitors.
Things need improvement
During my time as a former resident, I faced issues with the condition of the outside road, particularly at the entry point. It was in bad condition, making it very difficult for me to drive my car.

Good things here
Auto cabs are easily available near by the society even there are schools and hospitals near by the society. �ll the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional. High security system all the areas are under cctv survilance. All the festivals are celebrated in the society Overall good socialism in the society.
Things need improvement
As such there are no issues in the society but quality of the walls is very thin and just can't hang up weighted things on the walls otherwise pop will pop out of the walls.

The residents are naturally friendly, fostering a warm community atmosphere. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm and harmony within the society. Overall, it's a very peaceful place to reside.
Things need improvement
Auto rickshaws are hard to find nearby because the society is located a bit inside. Security is poor; even stools outside our flats have been stolen. The water quality from the utilities is bad, with a foul smell. We have to order water tankers for drinking. The society isn't clean, and there are leakages in the flats. None of the amenities are well maintained.

The local market, schools, and hospitals are within walking distance from the society. A proper garbage disposal system is in place, and the security system is excellent. The society offers all modern amenities, which are fully functional.

The build quality is subpar, with problems like leakage and seepage in the society. Additionally, waterlogging issues occur during the rainy season.

The society offers all modern amenities for residents' convenience. Connectivity is good, with easily available auto cabs. There is plenty of open space within the society. Residents enjoy uninterrupted water supply 24/7, and allocated parking is provided for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is subpar, particularly concerning the toilet flushing system, which is inadequate, especially for ground floor residents. There are persistent pest issues in the society. Additionally, there is a lack of power backup facilities.
