Good things here
I travel by personal vehicle but auto's, buses and cabs are easily accessible to travel. Some Street lights are functional and some are not outside the society. We only have open parking in our society. There is no seepage/leakage issue in the house. 24*7 water and electric supply is there. Maintenance charges are affordable. Society is very hygenic. CCTV camera's and lifts were installed and well maintained. There's a small kids play area in the premises. People are friendly and supportive amongst each other. Festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
I like everything in the society and don't wanna improve anything else inside the society premises.

Good things here
All the facilities in the society, such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and parking area, are well-maintained and easily accessible.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, the main gate area and basement of the society, as well as the roads, often experience waterlogging issues.

Good things here
Proper garbage disposible facilities has been provided. connectivity is good,auto cabs available easily. power back up facilities has been provided.
Things need improvement
There is no as such good amenities in the society,there is only one very small kids play area in the society. lift maintainace should be improve.

Good things here
The best part about this apartment is that most of the residents are students, which is cool because usually, societies don't allow bachelors. But that's not the case here. Getting around with local transport like autos and cabs is also easy.
Things need improvement
Our society is pretty small, and we don't have a maintenance team. We have to pay a lump sum amount to the managing committee instead.
