Good things here
Living here is great because most things are really good. The people are friendly, which makes me feel happy. The garden and children's play area are nice, and the swimming pool and gym are cool places to relax and exercise. The clubs offer fun activities too. Maintenance is fine with working lifts, regular cleaning, and timely garbage collection. The construction is good with no cracks and good ventilation. Connectivity is decent with easy access to autos, cabs, and nearby metro and railway stations. Having a hospital close by is also very convenient.
Things need improvement
I'm not entirely happy because there are cockroaches in some places, which is quite unpleasant. When it rains, there are leaks in the walls, causing some inconvenience. Another downside is that the airport is far away, making travel time longer than I'd like.

Good things here
The society had all modern amenities and was well-maintained. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and the construction quality was good. The maintenance charges were justified. The residents were good and decent, and all festivals were celebrated in the society. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and water was available 24/7. Ventilation in the flats was good, with ample sunlight. The metro station was within walking distance from the society, and autos and buses were easily accessible. There were no significant traffic issues near the society.
Things need improvement
There were no issues in the society at all. I didn't face any difficulties while living there. I was very happy and satisfied with my experience in the society.

Good things here
Good ventilation and receives ample sunlight. The society has all modern amenities and maintains them well. The residents are decent, and some festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained, and there is enough greenery. Autos and cabs are easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
The society had construction-related issues such as leakage and seepage, and there were water-related issues in my washroom. Sometimes, water tankers had to be called as the society had limited water supply. Local transportation was not very easily available from the society.

Good things here
People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage in the building. Good infrastructure with good water electricity supply. All amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park are available in the society. Autos and cabs are readily available. Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
No issues regarding anything like connectivity , maintenance , construction , amenities or neighborhood in the society. I am completely satisfied with my society.

Good things here
The flat has good ventilation with enough sunlight. All residents celebrate festivals together. The society has good connectivity, with autos and buses easily available. The lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Our landlord was a troublemaker. Bachelors were not treated well in the society. Cleanliness was not maintained. There were significant issues with water. The society did not have enough greenery. The flat had many cracks. There were traffic jams near the society. The amenities were not well-maintained.

Festivals are celebrated well in the society. Cleanliness is maintained, and the residents are decent. My flat has good ventilation and receives ample sunlight. The society has all modern amenities, which are well-maintained. Markets, autos, and buses are easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
There is a significant issue with leakage in the society. We receive water from the Kaveri connection, but during summers, we often face water shortages, requiring us to sometimes call for water tankers.

Good things here
The market is close to the society, and public transport is easily available. There are plenty of swings and parks for children to play, along with a gym and clubhouse for residents. Neighbors are nice and interact well with each other.
Things need improvement
There is an issue with seepage and water leakage in the building, causing inconvenience to the residents. This problem is troubling for people and needs to be fixed soon. Repairing these issues will improve the living conditions in the society.
