Cleanliness is up to the mark in the society. Festivals are celebrated collectively by all residents. Water is available 24/7. The society has all modern amenities, and the residents are cooperative and decent. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the society.
There is no easy access to autos and buses from the society. One has to go to the main road, which is 1 km away, to catch them. There is also no metro station near the society.

Various shops within a 2-3 km radius further add to the convenience, catering to daily needs of residents effectively.
Connectivity for cabs and future transportation options is not readily available and poses inconvenience when booked, especially with an automatic cancellation feature. Maintenance charges, however, remain reasonable. Traffic congestion around the society adds to commuting challenges despite its convenience. Unfortunately, there is no separate visitor parking within the society, necessitating visitors to park outside, which can be inconvenient for both residents and their guests.

Connectivity is convenient with cabs and auto rickshaws available if booked through Ola and Uber in this society. The community is very friendly and sociable. The water facility is very good, available 24/7, and there is power backup also available. Security is very good in the society. The cleanliness of the premises is also very good, with housekeeping done twice a day. Schools are near the society, which is very convenient for families. Hospitals are about 2 km from the society, which is very convenient. The house has a sociable community atmosphere. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, kids' play area, and a football court, all well-maintained. Overall, the maintenance of the society is very good.
The society faces significant issues with traffic congestion, which is a major inconvenience. Public transportation like buses is available but is situated around 2 km from the society, making it very inconvenient. The metro station is also far from the society, adding to the inconvenience. Maintenance charges are expensive, which is another drawback.

The connectivity here is really convenient with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are well-maintained, and having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby makes life easier. The construction quality of our apartment is excellent�no issues like seepage or termites, and we have proper ventilation with good plaster and fittings. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are well-followed. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation adds to the cleanliness. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained amenities that I appreciate, and the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards ensures safety.
Overall, everything in the society functions well and I rarely encounter any issues. The only drawback is that the neighbors, while not disruptive, tend to keep to themselves and aren't very sociable.

The people are friendly and interact well with each other. Maintenance-wise, they provide excellent service, cleaning floors and balconies daily, and collecting garbage promptly. There's 24/7 water and power, and the lift functions well. Connectivity is outstanding, with shopping malls, schools, hospitals, bus stops, and ATMs within 2 km. The road condition is good, with functioning street lights and ample parking space. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are well-maintained. Construction ensures excellent ventilation in our rooms.
There's nothing that I dislike about their society. The environment seems well-maintained with friendly people, good amenities, convenient connectivity, and efficient maintenance services.

I find the connectivity here excellent. Autos, cabs, and even the metro and railway stations are easily accessible, making it convenient to reach places quickly. Maintenance is also quite decent; the lifts work fine, and cleaning and garbage collection are usually punctual. Amenities such as the garden, children's play area, and gym are well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighborhood is friendly, and I feel secure with CCTV surveillance, robust security measures, and ample parking. The construction appears solid with no visible cracks or leakage issues, contributing to a comfortable living environment.
One inconvenience I encounter is the lack of a nearby garbage dump for wet garbage disposal, especially during early mornings or late nights. It can be bothersome when I need to dispose of garbage at odd hours.

It's great having a well-maintained gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool right here. The connectivity is superb, with hardly any wait time for buses, autos, or cabs. Plus, there's a convenient supermarket right next to the society. The water supply from the municipality is reliable, and having friendly, cooperative neighbors who are always willing to help is a big plus. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation adds to the cleanliness.
Honestly, there's nothing to complain about here. The maintenance team handles everything in the society so efficiently that I rarely need to raise any issues, they take care of things promptly on their own.

Within the community, we have a supermarket and grocery stores. A bus stop, school, and hospitals are 1 km away. Street lights and good parking space are available. Maintenance is proper; garbage is collected on time daily. There are no issues with water, power, or lift maintenance. Construction is good with no wall leakages, providing excellent ventilation in all rooms. People are friendly and interact well with each other.
The road conditions in the society are poor, leading to inconvenience for residents. Potholes and uneven surfaces make driving difficult and pose risks to both pedestrians and vehicles.

From the society, autos and cabs could be booked online. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in the house. The residents were cooperative. The society had all modern amenities, maintained cleanliness well, and there were no issues with water supply. Festivals were celebrated collectively, and maintenance charges were justified. There was enough greenery in the society.
The jacuzzi room in the society was always locked. Autos and buses were not available near the society, and the auto stand and bus stand were 1 km away. There is no metro station near the society; the one under construction is also 1. 2 km away.
