Regular garbage collection with proper segregation is a plus, along with reliable electricity and water supply. The construction quality is top-notch, complemented by impressive interiors with no seepage or termite issues. There's adequate ventilation and good plaster and fitting throughout. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the presence of CCTV cameras and a security guard provides peace of mind.
One major drawback is the lack of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse due to the limited number of families in the area. Apart from this, everything else is great.

We have a large walking area where we enjoy evening walks. Connectivity-wise, within 500 meters, there are bus stops, ATMs, schools, and hospitals. The road condition is good with functioning street lights and ample parking space. Amenities include table tennis, basketball court, gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is regular with proper cleaning and timely garbage collection. There are no issues with water, power supply, or lift maintenance. People are friendly and interact well with each other.
There are water logging issues outside the rainy season in our society, causing inconvenience and requiring management attention for better drainage solutions.

Atmosphere of the society is very spacious and positive minded. Cabs and autos are easily avaialble in inside of the society. Amenities like swimming pool cleaning is very clean and hygeine for kids.
Railway station is very far from the society in between 5-6 kms from the society is inconvinet. Traffic issues may occurs during nights is terrific.

This society is very well-connected, with IT companies and hospitals like APOLLO and RAINBOW located within a 1km radius. WIPRO is situated right behind the society, and INFOSYS AND NOVATEL are directly opposite the community. Maintenance is excellent, with power backups starting within 1 minute and no extra charges for maintenance. Amenities are also top-notch; the clubhouse is the second largest in the area, and the swimming pool and play area are exceptional. The built design boasts excellent ventilation, and there are no STP plants for washrooms due to the high-quality construction.
This society is still under the control of the builders, and there is no committee or association for residents to lodge complaints about minor issues.

I enjoy the community very much because it has many amenities and a bus stop close by. Nearby routes have a wide variety of stores and restaurants. Police patrols are beneficial because they prevent criminals and improve the security of your neighbourhood's water supplies.

The benefit of a great location is the superb public transportation. I had a great time there. This location is only 5 kilometres from the hospital, so we can visit new locations, people, and other things. The area's excellent roadways make it safe to travel outside at night.

A well-maintained area with daily waste removal and road maintenance. I really enjoy the society because there are so many amenities and bus stops around. Any store can be simply found nearby the band route. There are numerous eateries nearby with a wide selection of food.
