/The society maintains excellent standards of maintenance. Water facilities are reliable, and uninterrupted power backups ensure continuous supply. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups, ensuring cleanliness throughout. Connectivity through cabs and autos is easily accessible with prior booking. Public transportation is conveniently located within walking distance, enhancing convenience for residents. Metro stations are also conveniently situated within a 500-meter radius, adding to the accessibility. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained, providing enjoyable recreational options. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for residents. Nearby hospitals cater to emergency medical needs, ensuring prompt healthcare access. The society features ample greenery and spacious parking areas, including dedicated visitor parking.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in certain areas of the buildings is poor, leading to seepages and leaks, which is inconvenient for residents. Additionally, there is noticeable deterioration near the lake and surrounding streets, making these parts of the city unpleasant to live in, which is also inconvenient for the residents.

Connectivity is excellent, easily accessible via the main roads if you book an auto or cab within the society. Maintenance of the society is very good, with water facilities being very good and power backups available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play area, which are available and maintained well. Repairs were done in the last 6 months for the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leak issues in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Public transportation, like buses, is available within a 500-meter distance from the society. Malls are available within a 100-meter distance, and the metro is available within a 500-meter distance from the society, making it very convenient. Supermarkets are also available within walking distance from the society, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
The maintenance should be improved in the society, as it is currently inconvenient for residents. There is also some traffic just outside the society, which is very inconvenient.

Maintenance is top-notch, with daily cleaning of floors and open spaces, along with round-the-clock water and power supply. Elevators operate smoothly, and garbage collection occurs daily. Construction quality is impeccable, with crack-free walls and well-ventilated floors. Residents enjoy a plethora of amenities including a gym, clubhouse, basketball and tennis courts, squash court, snooker table, play area, community hall, garden, and swimming pool. The community fosters a friendly atmosphere, celebrating various festivals together.

The society faces traffic congestion on the main road, causing delays and inconvenience to residents. Efforts to alleviate this issue are necessary for smoother commuting experiences.

I like the connecticvity of the society to the main road as i use a personal vehical for coomute.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of the building is poot, their are seepage and water leekage issue very often. the societie's maintenance team is not that good for instence the swimming pool of the society is never maintained. all the plumbing lines are of very bad quality.

Water issues are non-existent, and community events and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm.
Things need improvement
The proximity to the main road leads to high pollution and noise levels in the area. Additionally, the rooms are congested, and parking-related issues are common. Furthermore, problems with leakages have been reported in the society.

Roads are very bad infront of the society is inconvienent to drive during rains. Maintainace should be improve like lift is getting repairs that is inconvienet for residents.

In this community, all shops, the salon, and vegetable vendors are located within, eliminating the need to go outside, and there are also separate games organized for each age group on weekends.
Things need improvement
The primary issue in our community is the substantial traffic when crossing the road outside the society, along with the disturbing noise from nearby garbage areas.
